Whether you take a packaged tour of vineyards or explore on your own (some TripAdvisor travelers recommend renting a bike!), you’re sure to come home with amazing memories… and probably a new favorite Malbec.

Great day on the trail, with qualified guides. This is our second trip using Andes Vertical and we will use them again, the next time we travel to Mendoza. I would say, I would flag this hike as at least moderate, and no matter your condition level, use trekking poles, as there are area with loose rock. We were well prepared, and enjoyed the hike very much, but it was definitely more steep, than the Base Camp hike we did in 2018.

We did a 12 day customized trip in 2018. Found this company through Zicasso, Kieran was great arranging it all and communication was easy. Our trip started in Buenos Aires where we did a cooking class at the Argentine Experience and took a tango lesson. Our dance instructors took us out to a milongo afterwards and we ended up staying out until 2am. It was great! We felt completely immersed in the culture. We then flew to Iguazu and toured the jungle, got blasted by the falls in a boat ride and saw all the incredible creatures that live there. Our last 5 days were spent hiking in Patagonia where we trekked the Perito Moreno Glacier, visited a ranch, and then drove to El Chalten for the final days. All of our transportation was provided, all internal flights booked by Kieran, and everything was just wonderful. To this day, it’s one of my favorite vacations!

I booked this tour but the operator could not give me enough information so I could cover the gap days before and after their tour. The back and forth went on for days. I need to know where I am staying first and last night, they won't tell me until I give them my reservations for the dates before and after. WHAT?!?! Now, I've completely run out of time. So, I cancelled my own plans to see Auckland, New Zealand, so I could sit on a computer and make my own travel arrangements. What part of "this is my last day with internet connectivity" is not understandable? Not ready for prime time.

We loved our private gourmet experience in Mendoza and Chile with Mendoza Holidays. We created a custom itinerary visiting Colchagua, Casablanca, Uco Valley and Lujan de Cuyo regions. The company worked with us to create this custom itinerary and provided his top guide. Really enjoyed the wine tours, one of the highlights of our 2 weeks in South America. The food and wine selections were amazing, and the views were out of this world. It was excellent, every aspect. Not inexpensive, but highest class and best customer service one could ask for. 10 out of 10, we would recommend this company!
