Came in on a Saturday during the Stay Safe Ohio order. A small but sufficient general food store that makes you feel like you went back in time. Friendly service and they offer a good selection of products. Including ice cream and made to order sandwiches. Ice cream prices are very good (1 kid and 2 small sizes was 6.50) Well worth the stop if you are exploring the area of Roscoe Village

The Roscoe General Store has been an iconic building and store in Roscoe Village for decades since the restoration of the Village in the late 1960s and early 70s. John Barkhurst built this establishment as a drug and general store in 1870.
All kinds of things to choose from including fudge, apple butter, Christmas decorations, antiques and collectables, pretty much you make it. Worthy a stop for sure.

The old fashioned style candy shop has all the memories of childhood yet the updated items to cure any age craving! There are 2 floors with bucket, shelves & containers full of every color, flavor, texture, quantity & price you are seeking. The shop also carries candles, antique like signs and some novelty items. Note the hours are limited. The gal who runs the shop is also knowledgeable to help you find a place to eat or other small town information.
