To understand what the Antica Quercia (Ancient Oak) is, you need to walk through our vineyards, look at everything that surrounds us, sit beneath the shade of the big oak and listen to the silence. We are on the axis that connects the high peaks of the Dolomites to Venice, nestled among unique hills which give us everything we could want. For Vines, olive trees and all the other trees we grow are looked after and respected according to the rhythms and the rules always suggested by nature. We like to think that Antica Quercia is above all a beautiful place to stay. We do it for ourselves, for people that live with us and for future generations. For this reason, our daily work aims to harmonise every choice we make, without forcing nature, as if everything was a continuous flow of energy.
We had a very nice and informative visit at L‘Antica Quercia. Good Prosecco with amazing little snacks (cheese, salami) on the side!

Ca’Vittoria is a small Prosecco estate that has earned its spot at the top of Italy’s finest, with its mountain vineyards, estate.grown grapes and peerless quality in each bottle. All hand-harvested grapes used to craft Ca’Vittoria Prosecco are estate grown. Vineyards are all centrally located around the estate in Conegliano, allowing Ca’Vittoria to pay extra close attention to the health and well-being of its vines – another quality notch that few other estates, with parcels scattered over the appellation, can claim. The estate’s cellar, dug into the cool granite “Cima Alta” hillsides, keeps Ca’Vittoria Prosecco at optimal temperatures during fermentation and aging. 5 years ago we restored the old house located in front of the cellar, so today we have a tasting room and a terrace, surrounded by vineyards and luxuriant wood, everyone can taste our Prosecco, enjoying a particularly relaxing view.

‘Zinto’ is a nickname was given to the Da Lozzo family a long time ago. The last generation is with Enrico Da Lozzo . He goes on with the tradition of vineyards pruning and wine production taught by his father with strictly hand-picked grapes, like in the old days. We believe in hospitality as a symbol of friendship and conviviality. We open the doors of our winery and tasting room, to the people who want to discover a unique environment where DOCG Conegliano-Valdobbiadene prosecco is produced respecting the territory and nature. The Zinto Wine Estate is located in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area. The main choice was to keep the autochthonous ‘woods ‘ around the vineyards as a first barrier. This allows a more natural policy, thanks to biodiversity. Creating and maintaining a healthy environment and balanced ecosystem. This way, we obtain high value qualitative products.
We were greeted by Enrico on our unannounced arrival, who apologised that he was busy with his accountant. We explained that we were more than happy to wait, but we ended up wine tasting with his accountant joining in too. It was so much fun and very interesting with Rico explaining the background to his superb wine selection. He also arranged for Paulo to give us a tour of the vineyard in the most idyllic setting. We agreed the purchase of several cases and ended up drinking much more than was safe to drive on. Rico very kindly agreed that we could park our motorhome in the vineyard for the night where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset over the vineyards and distant mountains. Rico is truly passionate about his business, it was a privilege to meet him. He deserves much more than 5 stars.
We have decided to open the Tenuta with the “Prosecco Backstage – Wine Tasting Tour”. It’s an opportunity to show you where and how the Prosecco Superiore Mani Sagge born, to walk together in the ancient vineyards and show you the great restoration works. Each visit will end with a tasting of our wines. We speak Italian and English, but we can organize tours in French and German for groups.
