Cycle Tavern is a 16-person bicycle party powered ENTIRELY by pedaling - there is no motor! There is room for 15 people seated and one "standee" in the middle. It's perfect for pub crawls, bachelor/bachelorette parties, celebrate a birthday, company outings, sporting events like The Columbus Clippers, OSU Buckeyes, or Columbus Blue Jackets, weddings, tailgating......The ideas are endless!

This is one of my favorite places to go for a quick lunch or an after work happy hour. The place is big enough for a small gathering , appetizers are great and parking is literally across the street or lots of off street parking.

Awesome beer selection, delicious wings, and the best giant pretzel ever. I wish there was one of these where I live. I would go there once a week to watch a game and try a different beer.

If you have never had mead before, this is an excellent place to start. We have been here many times and enjoy the atmosphere. Wide variety of different types of mead to choose from. I recommend the flights so you get to sample several that you choose. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and will help you out with the best selections based on your tastes. They have entertainment and recently, featured informal talks from scholars. This one featured spiders, bugs, and your fears and was quite interesting. Food trucks have come in the past, not this last time, and I believe, may be seasonal. Bottles are available for purchase. Parking is on the side of the building, spots can be tight, and it is limited as there is also a distillery with a restaurant next door.

We did this after lunch at Flip Side. We had our 8-year-old grandson with us. They have pinball machines at 50 cents per game, duckpins at $5 per game, and a ton of electronic games like Donkey Kong, which are free. Some Skee-ball games, pong, connect-4, all free. Bar, but no food. I did see a food truck outside.

First visit to the S 4th St location. Went on a Sunday evening and it was busy but the crowd thinned out as it got later. We were easily able to play several of the games and one of the Nintendo games on the flat screen. Some games I remembered from my childhood and some I didn't but were fun to discover. Time just flew by as we had so much fun! The drinks are delicious and the Slush Puppies remind me of stopping by the convenient store as a kid. This location isn't big so might be better going on a less busy day/time of the week like we did.

Pretentious Barrel House in Columbus specializes in producing Sour craft beers. I visited the brewery for a carryout order of their beers. Quiet a selection of sour beers is available. The Scintillant, a mango sour beer, was superb. No food is served at the brewery but food trucks visit the place. The taproom is small (with plans for expansion) and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. If you like sour beers, do not miss spending some time at Pretentious Barrel House.
