Operating since 2016, the ACE Basin Express is a direct shuttle between the historic districts of Charleston and Savannah. We operate a comfortable and luxurious way to travel between the two cities with door to door service from downtown hotels in each location. Our Mercedes Sprinter van departs Charleston daily at 9:30 with guests traveling to Savannah to stay and we then depart Savannah at 1:30 with guests that are staying in Charleston. If guests are not staying downtown, we depart from the Visitors Center in Charleston or the Ferry Landing in Savannah and guests can meet the driver there. Sit back and relax and leave the driving to us! Space is limited, reservations required.
Choosing this bus to continue our trip to Savannah from Charleston was the best decision: super comfortable, our driver Robert provided some information about the landscape, great views and at a good price! We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off at the new hotel, it couldn’t have been more convenient!

We used Charleston Bike Taxi to get from our hotel to the Peninsula Grill. They were quick, courteous, safe, and professional. My wife was in heels, so they made a point to drop us off at the curb to both the hotel and restaurant. Special shout out to Nic, who gave us our ride to the restaurant and made the arrangements for our return ride afterward.
