"To make good wine it is necessary to know well the land from which it comes and the sky that governs us." Treated as gardens, the selected lands of the Valdobbiadene DOCG are located between the Piave river and the Soligo stream. We are about 100 km from Venice, on the hills between the municipalities of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, located at equal distance from the Dolomites. Here the grapes have been ripening on the hills for over 2000 years and the love for the land flows in the veins of the winemakers and in the sap of the vine.

Exclusions: Wine tasting costs (€ 15,00 p.p. in each cellar). Some wineries apply special discounts to the cost of the tasting based on the possible purchase of proposed wines., Lunch
Stefania with the help of her niece took us for a tour to 3 difference cellars in the DOC\DOCG regions and they both helped to make it an amazing day, one never to forgot. Their knowledge and explanation of the area was exceptional and really ensured we were looked after at each of the cellars. I could not recommend Esse Group and Stefania enough for a great way to get around and see different vineyards and the area Thank you so much for makes our day so special

Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills. In the morning we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills. We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct included), we will enjoy a unique experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.
Inclusions: Beverages, Bottled water, Wine tasting, 4-course lunch, Transport by private vehicle, Transport by air-conditioned minivan, Private tour, Driver, Lunch, Alcoholic Beverages
Exclusions: Gratuities
One of the best private tours we have ever taken. Carlo was a fabulous host and guide and gave us an experience we will not soon forget! The scenery and the wineries were wonderful. The lunch at his family’s restaurant was superb not to mention the hospitality! And did I mention the wine. Even the members of our group who were not Prosecco lovers left with a new found love for it. We all ordered from the wonderful winery and I am still saving a bottle to drink on our Anniversary!! This is a tour worth taking! Thank you Carlo.

I cannot recommend this tour enough! It was a great escape from the tourists in Venice. We received first-class treatment from our guide and the staff at the 3 vineyard stops. Plus, they were very generous with the Prosecco! The views were out of a picture book! We even got to help with the harvest!

My wife and really enjoyed our trip to Iceland—and we GREATLY appreciate the incredible amount of effort that went into planning our trip. We are both vaccinated, but didn't know what to expect. Traveling itself was easier then we imagined. Firebird team helped us arrange PCR tests for arrival/departure, and shared all requirements that Iceland has for indoor outdoor mask requirements. Basically you need to wear mask inside in all public places, and should be wearing it outside, but most people usually don't have it on. Our guide and drivers always were wearing mask and had extra masks and cleaning solutions with them at all times, which we appreciate. We plan to use Firebird again in the near future. Thank you very much for everthing!

Our team did a virtual cooking class together on Zoom! The recipes and instructions were clear and we were ready when the class started. It was so much fun and I can't believe we were able to make an amazing risotto AND a tiramisu to enjoy with our families that evening. Julia, our chef, did a great job of identifying each next step while keeping us calm. She could look at our dishes and let us know if we needed a little something more or, uh oh, a little something less! The food was delicious and we really had a great time all together, despite being in different countries and different kitchens!

I have been to Venice before but wanted to show my wife the most of Venice in 3 days before we departed for our cruise. We had a limited time visiting Venice and decided on this tour rather than exploring on our own for the sake of time. This was a wonderful tour and highlighted the best of Venice. We really enjoyed the narration of the city and it's history. The boat ride was probably the highlight of the tour. It showed us many areas that tourist don't usually go to and we saw absolutely beautiful cathedrals and private homes. This tour was a no brainier and would recommended it to everyone.

Fantastic we’re all booked for Venice a lovely surprise by my fiancé, it’s been a nightmare in lockdown over the COVID-19 the last 5 months, We both were truly looking forward to our 1st time on a Private Gondola for 2! Once arrived at our hotel we realised we could have got this ride a lot cheaper. Let me start by saying we were 10 mins early, we waited until our 4pm slot, the tour guide man was friendly but seemed to be a little confused and seemed to be looking for some thing before we started , this took up our time by 5 mins, NOT a GREAT-START Guys! Once on board of the Gondola, the trip started late , we headed out on the Grand Canal for not very long and then was taken down some back street canal & returned back to base! Not worth the money or time with these rip off people & What 30 mins, it was more like 17mins for 120 Euros! We spent 30 mins getting to this place when we should have booked the Private Gondola our side of our friendly hotel!! Avoid This company ALL together, once I complained he said he had given as 30 mins really!!! Never ever again!! Your better of with your hotel’s recommendations or a better trip advisor Gondola company!! Your company & the people that work for you, should be ashamed of your selfishness towards good people in hard times like these!! Avoid AT ALL Costs People !!!

Explore Venice city center and make your way to the Murano island. Walk through hidden Venice and visit Colleoni Glass Factory with a local guide. Learn about the glass tradition during your workshop and choose between mosaic, glass beads jewelry and a private session with a glass master.
Inclusions: Tour assistant, Factory tour, Private glass demonstration, Private workshop, 20% discount on purchase in the glass factory shop
Exclusions: Transportation to/from attractions. If you have a daily ticket, there's no extra cost, otherwise public transport tickets cost 12,50 Euros per person
Great experience but watch out for the "swap the glass with a broken one scam" we paid E500 for 2 glasses, got back on the cruise ship only to find a chip in the glass. These were perfect when we chose them in the gallery. A big shame as it let down an otherwise great day with a free (though apparently not) water taxi ride from the main part of Venice, had to make own way back which was easy though
