in a few km you can meet different habitats, from the plain of millenary olive trees to the forests of fragni and the hills of the Itria Valley. Over time, the characteristics of nature have produced different cultures and different ways of living: crops, rural homes, traditions. The use of the electric Twizy, which will be guided by the participants (one Twizy per couple) allows you to get to know the territory slowly and above all eco-sustainable, being able to stop to grasp hidden corners, noting details that only the most careful eyes can see, savoring the scents and nuances that nature gives in every season. The excursion, with a qualified guide, includes a visit to the historic center of Cisternino and, optional with a supplement, a visit to the historic center of Ostuni. Fun, freedom, contact with nature and ease of driving make this excursion suitable for all needs and for all ages!

My friend and I hired bikes from Damiano at ebike Puglia for a nine-day tour around the 'heel' of the 'boot' of Italy. We had a rocking adventure on great bikes. We had no technical bicycle trouble at all. (The panniers came loose a couple of times - nothing that a cable-tie couldn't sort out) Damiano provided us with Teasi GPS systems on our handle bars- highly recommended for seamless navigation along beautiful remote, quiet bike-friendly roads. The bikes are top quality and brand new. We were provided with all the extras like locks, lube, tubes and tools. The service was personal and excellent. Martina Franca is a great starting point for a trip in this region. Highly recommended outfit.

An experience to live our traditions and know the origins of our cuisine in the typical Apulia buildings: i trulli surrounded by a peaceful nature. The art of making the orecchiette (our traditional pasta) is part of a ritual made also of soil and wind, a time in the countryside, slowly spent for preparing our lunch collecting wild herbs, fruits, tomatoes, melons and all that our organic garden seasonaly produce. The same slow time lived by our grandmothers to prepare the daily lunch for all the family. At home, a pastry board, the flour and the wind will be the simple ingredients to make our Orecchiette. We will learn to do this particular pasta, its variations and many other secrets will be revealed. We will then partecipate to prepare meat sauce, vegetables and cheese and all necessary for lunch. We will taste all our preparations.
