Chonburi (Thai: ชลบุรี, RTGS: Chon Buri, [tɕ͡ʰōn bū.rīː] ( listen)) is an eastern province (changwat) of Thailand. Neighboring provinces are (from north clockwise) Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi, and Rayong. To the west is the Gulf of Thailand. Chonburi is home to Thailand's largest tourist oriented city, Pattaya (also spelled Phatthaya), it is the only province outside the Bangkok Metropolitan Area to connect by an eight-lane motorway to Bangkok, 80 km distant. It is home to Thailand's largest and primary seaport, it has a thriving migrant and expatriate population. Due to these factors, the province's population is growing rapidly, with currently some 1.7 million residents (albeit with a large floating or unregistered population). The registered population as of 31 December 2012 was 1.36 million.

The market offers fresh seafood at reasonable prices. We bought fish for 180 Baht and paid 50 Baht to grill it. We also bought shrimps and crabs to cook it at our condo.

Marina Market the number one night market in Pattaya located at outdoor area of Central Marina, Pattaya sai 2 road. Its distinctive that differ from other night market elsewhere in Pattaya is the coverage of small fashion, souvenirs, handicraft shops for shopping lover called Indy Market. Including not only Thai famous street food, seafood which jump out of the sea daily, Thai snack and dessert but also signature dish of food truck that you can have it here only in Pattaya at Fisherman food village. Moreover, while enjoying your meal you can listen to the live music that plays Thai, Chinese and English songs daily. Finally don’t miss to take photo at every corner in this market to ensure that you are right here in Pattaya and of course Marina Market at CentralMarina.
This is a mall within a food stall..!! And I am not exaggerating a bit! The flavor explosion is awesome. We can have all the foods available in thailand, including the fried crocodiles. They is a truck selling exclusive padthais and another one selling only spirits. At one end, we can have artisan products and everything is interspersed with street food. Care for a fancy restaurant? No worries, they are covered. Care for a coffee? Starbucks is nestled inside. And few places for shopping is inside the mall. The departmental stores is duty free with vat refund for tourists. Every flavor of the world is inside the hall. Visit this place for sure once during your stay in Pattaya.. ????

This market opens only on weekends Fri-Sun and contains over 100 shops. It has food vendors, clothes and electronics. If your looking for the latest in knock off apparel then then you will find it here. The quantity and quality of food is outstanding; the best chicken that I have had the chance to eat is at this market.
