This holy temple is dedicated to lord Shiva. Lord Shiva is in Swayambhu form. There is sacred Lake. There is a majestic water fall adjascent to the Holy lake. People take bath near the water fall. It is believed that taking bath here will make the devotees free from all sins and lead to salvation or Moksha. The temple opens at 5.00 am and will remain open upto 4.00 pm. The temple is closed for half an hour and opens at 4.30 pmupto 9.00 pm. Worth visiting during visit to Tirupati. This temple is located at the foot of Tirumala Hills and is approximately 5.00 KMs from Tirupati Railway Station.

Lot I read in the internet and in many bakhti books. so i decided to visit this oldest temple and obtain his blessings. the statue were made with utmost precision and they look like come alive. especially shiva statue is very beautiful and promising.
