This company took my money back in August for jeep tour tickets in October. As far as I can tell, they are no longer in business due to COVID, so I never went on the tour. All attempts at communicating with them have failed, their phones seem to be disconnected. They never communicated with me to inform me that the tours are cancelled, and they are not cooperating with refunding my money. Their website is still taking payments for tickets and reservations, but NO TOURS as far as I can tell. I had to call hotels in Chinle to get information on this company as far as whether they are running or not. Note that their latest favorable reviews are from February. Buyer beware.

Lee and Uncle Ben managed to salvage our tour when the canyon was abruptly closed as a precaution due to COVID-19. Lee was very apologetic. He kindly offered us a refund but gave us the option of visiting some overlooks and an Anasazi cliff dwelling that was typically not part of his tour. We’re so glad we went with Plan B! The views were breathtaking and we learned so much about Navajo traditions, culture and history. We can’t wait to visit Canyon de Chelly again and plan to use Beauty Way when we do!
