great attraction for kids, mums and dads and grandparents, time to moor up for a bacon sandwich fry up, then let the kids explore the loch at the end, and a drink in the canalside pub on the way back

Fantastic weekend, I rented a Hardtrail for 2 days, had a fantastic time. nearing on 50 miles without a struggle. Having never tried an ebike before renting one was the perfect way to try them out. Phil was so helpful and even arranged, without fuss a delivery of the bike to the high peak. Since handing the bike back, he has also spend a considerable amount of his free time discussing the bikes as am looking to buy one. A genuinely friendly and helpful team. Will be back when house guests want to come riding with me. thanks Phil :-D

My three lads were brand new to this sort of thing and although one didn't take to it the other two had an absolutely fantastic time - the training is a must and my boys really benefitted from it - moving onto the main circuit for the second part of their activity gave them opportunity to put into practice the training and advice they had received from the staff. What a wonderful day; the excellent facilities, equipment and most importantly, the very professional and experienced staff. They put my lads at ease and gave them full instruction on what to do and how to do it. Really pleased that my lads took so much pleasure from this activity - I even scored a few Dad brownie points for suggesting this activity to them!! Can't understand the people on TA criticising the attitude of the staff - the staff make this place what it is - a great activity that can be enjoyed by all if you listen and take on board the advice being given. Completing the training successfully on the E-bikes makes the future sessions on the main circuit a very reasonable price for what you are getting. So much so that my boys have been back again since (and will be going again soon!!)

Having called Tracs the day prior, they seemed confident that they would have sufficient bikes if we just turned up so we did just that on a busy Saturday. They accommodated us quickly and once we'd paid and given ID, we were kitted out with the bikes and helmets (and a couple of gel saddles). The quality of the bikes is excellent and they obviously look after their equipment. Having booked the bikes for 3 hours, we set off on the white trail which was due to be around 2.5 - 3hrs and 7km through the forest. The scenery is stunning and the forest trails are perfect for mountain bikes of every level of experience from entry level novices through to skilled professionals. You can go off-route but be warned, do so at your own risk as its not immediately obvious how to get yourself back on the trail you left. We did have a minor accident but no fault of anyone's and I would 100% use Tracs again if I was in Delemare Forest area and the guys who run this outfit are obviously very good at what they do.
