We took our two daughters to this cooking class and it was wonderful to do as a family. We were warmly welcomed and our kids got stuck straight into momo making and making things with a pestle and mortar - they had so much fun, especially later on trying to make sel roti!! We were certainly not experts at this!! The food we made was delicious and we can't wait to try it again ourselves - a real lovely insight into Nepali life and food, Highly recommended and don't hesitate to take kids too!!

A great family that hosts cooking classes and sometimes guests in their guest house. A great value and a nice afternoon in the country. This was a more authentic experience with a Nepali family.

Nepal's best cooking class. Visit the real local market to buy the freshest ingredients and return back to class by rickshaw - the way locals do. Learn about the ingredients and techniques from our experienced Nepali chef, then prepare, cook and eat 4 delicious courses of traditional Nepali food - 3 classes daily 9 am, 1.30 pm and 4:30 pm.
This cooking class was so good! We got to be the first class to do it at night; we went to the local market to buy our vegetables, and enjoyed a rickshaw ride to the school. The place was great for cooking and we learned so much about nepalese cooking and the delicious recipes. The women teaching us was so sweet and made us all laugh so many times, and learning from locals was unique. Thank you so much for this experience.

We were fortunate enough to participate in a cooking class with seven women ahead of our house build with habitat for humanity and cannot speak highly enough of the experience & the opportunity to learn more. The impressive amount of work and dedication from all those involved & the lives that seven women is directly impacting is incredibly heart warming. Do yourself a favour & connect, participate, learn more & spread the word. Seven women is a very impressive organisation.
