We almost didn’t visit after reading some of the reviews on trip advisor, however, we were delighted that we took no notice of the negative comments and went today. Having visited many water parks in Europe we had high expectations and weren’t disappointed. The entrance fees are €15 per 12+ and €11 per under 12 if places are reserved on their website, prices on the day are only €1 per person higher though. There are plenty of sun-beds and it’s a very clean water park with a very active cleaning team throughout the day. There is lots of space and great green areas where shade is available. Options for lunch are good and the food variety is good, we ate at the souvlaki cafe. The prices were great and the food was good too. To the attractions: There is plenty to do to keep all ages amused. Our tall 8 year old was able to go on the “big” slides, which were fantastic. There are several, big pools to swim in-our 6 year old loved the wave pool and zen pool. The pool for younger children, with lots of smaller slides was great for her but what we loved about this park was the Pirates cove pool, where both children could visit together-lots of slides, ranging from small to big-ish and, of course, a tipping bucket! The crazy river isn’t at all dangerous, as some reviews have said. Perhaps the park have taken into account some of the reviews and YouTube footage, there were no pile ups and people were sent down with good space in between. The icing on the cake was the funnel-a fabulous new slide, which, despite the long queues, was worth the entry fee itself! The only let down of the day was that the farm was closed, but our 6 year old still got to pet a camel (she named him Bob), and the conditions that he was kept in were spacious, clean and well looked after. Staff were friendly and the lifeguards do a super job of keeping people safe too. I would strongly advise if you are in the area then you pay a visit.
