From flat-topped Table Mountain down to the blue waters of Table Bay, Cape Town is simply stunning, but the city doesn't thrive by its looks alone. Proudly multicultural, its flourishing arts, dining, and nightlife scenes are proof of this modern metropolis' creativity and innovative spirit.

We called into the office of Go That Way to get some local information. We spoke to Hayley who has a great insight into South African ways, providing useful information such as tipping, safety and the best way to travel locally, as well as where to eat, trips and locations of attractions. All other staff in the office were also friendly and helpful. Definitely worth contacting if planning a trip in and around The Western Cape.

From the parking to the food to the staff - it is all simply fantastic. Parking is available around the corner from the main entrance and if you get an exit card, you don't need to pay for secure undercover parking. The staff are very well trained, courteous and helpful. The space is clean, neatly laid out and spacious. There are several small meeting rooms and larger ones. The food is good, with several healthy options. Vida coffee and Marcel's frozen yoghurt is available on tap and you can even make your own freshly squeezed juice. The venue is well laid out, with sufficient space to move and easy viewing of the screens, as well as excellent audio. Toilets are clean and easily accessible. A really great conference or workshop venue. I would definitely recommend it. Well done!

Located in Cape Town, one of the world’s premier tourism destinations, the CTICC is Africa’s leading venue for conferences and provides world-class event management services. The centre offers a 140,855m2 venue complex to make every congress, exhibition, and banquet a truly memorable experience.
With Cape Town being the number 1 destination for Conferences in Africa, the CTICC is the perfect venue to host the myriads of conferences and events happening in and around the City. Modern with state of the art facilities, the Cape Town ICC boasts a Grand Ballroom with 2000m2 of space with spectacular views of the city. The facility, toilets are kept spotless and there are several auditoriums that can easily be connected to make it larger depending on one's needs. The ICC also has 2 raked Auditoriums with fixed seating, but all the halls one can get the stacked seating for whatever function one has. There is lots of parking, but some of it is quite a distance away and in rainy weather be prepared to get wet. Possibly the centre should consider having shuttles on such days. The location is just superb, within walking distance of several hotels ranging from 5 star downwards and a stone throw away from the popular V & A Waterfront. Signage inside the venue is excellent and one can easily find the place one must be at without having to ask. Sound is good and its also soundproof so that one is not disturbed by other activities. ...
