I so enjoyed the full day with Stellar tours. He knew so much about Ghana history. We went to the bead market, checked out the three palm trees, walked 250 steps down to see the twim boti waterfalls (which we had to walk back up...????I have to get back in the gym????) sat under the umbrella stone for a spell while sipping on some refreshing palm wine (I could have taken a nap). Great experience and I would definitely recommend Stellar tours????

We used Ghana city tours twice to take us on tours. Chris was our host for both trips. The drive was safe and also breath taking. Not only were the trips amazing, the trips were personalised and felt tailored to our requirements. Chris gave us an on route tour also, it was such a memorable experience, so much so we will be recommending and using Ghana city tours to take us on when we return.

OWL uses travel as a vehicle for social change. Our trips are centered around authentic cultural immersion and adventure in off-the-beaten-tourist-track locations, combined with altruism. We give back 20% of all profits to grassroots development and social change groups, including locally run NGOs, to help tackle systemic issues in the country that affect the welfare of the people, wildlife and environment in the countries that we travel in. In West Africa, Europe, the Americas and Asia, we are looking to create growth opportunities for travelers through discovery, perspective-enhancing trips that open up realizations all while leaving the countries that we travel in better than when we entered them.

OWL works with all local people who really know and love their culture. They shared historical sight visits, took care of all the transportation and accommodation and even recommended food options, connected us with local friends and engaged us with some of the issues plaguing the social scene in Ghana. I highly recommend them for people who want to dive deep into the culture where you are traveling, open your eyes to some of the opportunities to heal problems, and collaborate with one another. Plus, 20% of my trip went back into funding development around wildlife conservation! Highly recommend.
