Although the road to get there is "the long and winding road" it is certainly worth the effort. The views from the top and on the way up are spectacular. If you are on the island of La Palma this visit is a must. When we set off from the coast it was cloudy but at the top it was a beautiful sunny day.

Finca Canarias Aloe Vera has opened one of its newest farms in Tenerife, located at the foot of the Guimar hill, in the east of the island. With an area of 11,000 square meters, the farm has 7,000 Aloe Vera plants that grow ecologically. The area offers a quaint and characteristic landscape and spectacular views of the island.
Passing by Finca Canarias we were attracted by its ecological plantation so that the day after we stopped by. Despite covid, it was open and still offering visits to (the few) visitors. Elisa immediately welcomed us and led us to a super interesting visit through the outside aloe vera fields, explaning all the details about aloe cultivation as well as other typical plants and flowers of Tenerife. She also showed us a beautiful greenhouse replicating the diversity of plants growing in Tenerife, including ananas plants (never seen before!), banana plants and many others. We then assisted to the process of extracting the juice from aloe vera leaves and and we tried it directly on our skin!! We learnt so many interesting aspects about this extraordinary plant and its plantation! They also have a super well furnished shop where they sell their orgànic products. I find them just great, so their quality is totally worth the price! Also, thanks to our purchase, we had two products as gifts - which was much appreciated :) Elisa really took the time to explain the details of every product we asked her about and guided us with much care. Even if there were 2 other customers she made sure she was done with us before moving on to them. Besides, she is really nice and friendly! Overall, better not to leave Tenerife without having stopped by!

Auditorio de Tenerife is avant-guarde, in its’ architecture and its’ programme. An open space, communicative, that connects with everyone: jazz, opera, dance, rock, pop…
Very unique design and interesting to scrutinize at every angle. You can sit inside and order a coffee. It was very windy when we visited which forced us to leave earlier than we planned.

Across the road from the commercial shopping area of Las Palmas, this compact town is full of historical buildings with beautiful architectures - Casa de Colon mansion, Santa Ana cathedral, town hall, museums and galleries. Meander around the cobbles streets then take a moment to absorb and enjoy the atmosphere in one of the plenty outdoor terraces.

The access to caves when the tide is low is quite something. The beach is good and the sunsets are awesome. Getting there by car is not a problem.

Friday 13th November and we came across this is a scenic view point, on the top of Morro de la Cruz, while driving from Valle de Santa Ines to Betancuria. The road leading up to the Mirador is blocked with a barrier across it, however, there is limited parking in front of the barrier. Ignore the opening times displayed, they are wrong, sadly the Mirador is permanently closed. It is possible to walk up the road to where the Mirador is. It is a good 20 minute walk up steep road to the top. Previously the building was boarded up, but this has been removed, ripped down, so it was possible to walk around the Mirador and its verandas and experience the incredible views From here we got amazing views of the northern area of the island with an artist's palette of colour. We also could see the dunes as far as Corralejo along with the villages of el Cotillo, La Oliva and Antigua. We did walk a few extra metres to the top of the mountain, Morro de la, Cruz, which is at 676 metres above sea level It is disappointing that the mirador building is closed, however, it is still possible to enjoy the views, so definitely worth the effort of the walk up After our visit checked out the meaning of mirador, which is a turret or tower attached to a building and providing an extensive view.

One of the best beaches on the island, it was developed with sand imported from the caribbean as part of the Anfi del Mar resort. It is a great place to spend time - made even better with less-crowded, socially distanced sunbeds when we visited.

Excellent market to visit and experience a traditional atmosphere featuring many locally produced products. Unfortunately we were on a cruise ship and only in Tenerife fo the day so not able to take away some of the amazing fresh fish.

Visit our ecological Aloe Vera plantations. Go through a 5000 year old history of this plant in a guided tour of 30 minutes, in which you can cut an Aloe Vera leaf, taste its pulp and flowers, and of course test all of our Aloe Vera products made from its pure gel. On the southern plantation, located near Gran Tarajal, we have about 2000 Aloe Vera plants, 650 olive trees, a vineyard and more than 100 cactus figs which we use to elaborate our natural products. On the northern plantation, which is located at the base of the DE LA ARENA Volcano in the town of La Oliva, you can enjoy a volcanic experience. In La Oliva, we also have an Aloe-Therapy centre, where you can enjoy a relaxing massage or a regenerating treatment, all done with fresh Aloe Vera.
well organized Eco-Aloe Farm with several different plants beyond the (more than) 1000 Aloe Vera. Elisa has taken us around for about 30 mins showing quite everything and explaining in clear and professional way how to use Aloe and its advanages. Shop has a wide variety of product. The whole place is really clean and organized. I recommend a visit.

Not too big, you can take a full tour in about an hour, but totally worth it. A little bit too crowded especially now with all the restrictions. Full of museums, shops and restaurants.
