I just love my new Australian as opposed to Chinese Uggs. I now know the differences between the two thanks to the education from the wonderful staff at this shop. The service and genuine product knowledge was superb.A great shopping experience.

This shop has been an icon in Cairns for years. Shop owner, Megan, stocks everything retro - clothes, records, furniture, decorative items, glassware.... If you are baby boomer vintage, or young and hip, you'll find enough 'blasts from the past' to entertain you for a good hour or more.

Housed in a landmark heritage building the Cairns Art Gallery is the region's premier destination for exhibitions featuring historical and contemporary art by leading regional, national and international artists. The Gallery also presents exhibitions highlighting key works and themes from the permanent collection that focus on the unique cultural heritage of Far North Queensland. Throughout the year the Gallery presents a range of creative learning programs for audiences of diverse ages and backgrounds including art classes, talks and events that relate to exhibitions and the permanent collection.
I really enjoyed this art gallery, especially Mawurndjul’s art. A national treasure. Very will done, with barks, and video recordings. The Chinese history of the Yanf family and other Chinese families was very informative .
