We were fortunate to have our catamaran tied up along one of the wide secure jetties in this marina. Loved the quick access to the ocean and the clean well maitained surroundings and friendy staff

Full service marina with Restaurant, Pub, coffee shop, kayak rentals, float planes tours, marine fuel, chandlery, float home community, surrounded by a forest with public access hiking and biking trails.
Very quaint scenic marina with some small shops and restaurants on the water. You can spend a few hours here just walking along the dock, have lunch, browse the shops and drink a beer outside on the patio. Don't forget to checkout the wide array of boats, some quite interesting.

I walked the breakwater Easter weekend and it was lovely. Very cool. There is scuba diving available on the break water as well. Wish there was a garbage can/ Recycling at some point on the breakwater. The breakwater restaurant had coffee to go by donation which was nice.

Docked here for the night and the folks were extremely friendly. The dock is very clean with flower boxes and many bird houses at each docking area. The blue matins nesting there were beautiful. A little cafe is there serving breakfast and lunch. Showers are clean. The little museum is really nice and they have a captains quarters which shows the size of the bed. Way to small for me and I am 5’7”. Highly recommend.

This is great location to visit & enjoy the sites/ sounds of Ganges Inner Harbour. You have options of utilising the docks or take in the local entertainment.
We have been to Ganges a number of times but this was our first opportunity to experience the Saturday market. As you would expect at any market there were many artists with work on display. What’s different here is the true craftsmanship and talent behind the works being shown. More important for us (we arrive by boat) is the great selection of locally produced fresh vegetables, bakery goods, and meats - including Saltspring Island lamb. Allow at least and hour and maybe more. Enjoy the work of talented kids who are part of the market. Leave some time for a great chowder at the Oyster. Ganges is an enjoyable destination anytime if the year or week but try to be there on a summer Saturday morning and really see the best of what’s in offer!
