My Visit wasn't to appreciate any one of the 30 horses but finally after 2yrs a space had risen for me to enable me to have my caravan stay on there as long as I wished plus being in artist painter David Hockey and his landscape world. Yes should you be lucky sometimes a pitch for your van along with 12 others be there surrounded by wildlife, woods and nature away from the hustle and bustle of the town of Bridlington and you can still hear the sea. It's a good idea when a small piece of land can be used for the Caravan owners to be able to stay and nearby you can walk the wold.......and then those lovely horses also within hear shot. Why go to Spain or America when our country can deliver.

The cow shed is a lovely ( posh upmarket ) little cafe with a very good chef delivering delicious food with friendly staff , its a very safe place during this pandemic as they are taking every precaution on our behalf. Yes the food is expensive compared to other cheap and cheerful seaside cafes , but this one isn’t serving you cheap rubbish!!! you get high end restaurant quality food in a lovely stylish environment, so the food and venue is well worth the extra cost . If you want tea in a crappy mug and a burger with no meat in it try somewhere else .

Bridlington Animal Park is an Award Winning, family owned business and has lots to offer for a fun-filled family day out. We have a great range of birds which includes Parrots, Falcons and Owls. Our animals include Donkeys, Marmosets, Civets, Wallabies, Meerkats, Racoons, Pigs and lots more furry friends. Our daily timetable includes Flying Demonstrations. We have a range of experiences for all ages that includes Meet the Meerkats and a small carnivore experience, as an owl experiences. We offer great rates for schools and groups and we offer a programme for schools in line with the National Curriculum.
I thought we would pop in for the morning...see a few animals and birds...didnt expect such an immersive and hands on day, feeding wallabies, emus and other animals. Great informative demonstrations with those stripy animals that annoy everyone in America, whose name I have forgotten, brilliant flying display and talk about birds of prey, handling reptiles and a barn owl. A FAB day out, thank you!

We have just returned from a two night stay with golf included. We were very impressed with The Belvedere Hotel, the golf pro and staff were excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. All the Covid measures were in place and strictly adhered to which was very reassuring at these difficult times. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and golf club and will definitely be returning. Irene and Leo Noble

‘Friendliest Club on the Coast….’. Flamborough Head Golf Club is an 18 hole cliff top links course that has been carefully moulded around the contours of the famous headland which gives the Club its name. The golf course provides both a good test of your golfing skills and an enjoyable experience for Members and Visitors of all abilities throughout the year.
Met our 'Swiggers' Society members at this course..Lunch first..first class sandwiches! in true Yorkshire fashion..LOADS..with bags of chips! Friendly staff and couldn't do enough to keep you comfortable for the game ahead. Played this before with a friend who is also a member of our Society..Testing but fair..beautiful views and a very well maintained course. Never a disappointment. Try it, an experience, in lovely 'Yorkyland' ..best people on the planet...and that's from a 'Southerner'.

Love this beach, purchase some good robust sea shoes and when the tides out you can explore the rock pools but please be aware of the tides they come in quick and you can be easily cut off. I have had to swim back to shore when cut off. Not for the faint hearted has there is a rather steep hill to get down to the beach but it is well worth it, please note the toilets are at the top so make sure you go before going down to the beach. There is also great cliff top walks to Flamborough Head lighthouse and you can go further and make it to Daynes Dike or even Bridlington and the other way to Thornwick Bay and beyond to Bempton. Brilliant for bird watching and hikers. PLEASE ENSURE YOU TAKE ALL YOUR RUBBISH BACK TO THE BINS AT THE TOP.

Bridlington is a fabulous place - lots to see and do! Foe example :- Tour Sewerby Hall, take the land train, walk along miles of wonderful sandy beaches, eat fish and chips, see the boats in the harbour and paddle in a dabble pool.

this is one of them places which is a must visit. loads of caves and coves to explore for the family and if your really lucky like we was you get to see the seals which in its self was amazing. steps all the way down to the beach - a bit harder on the way back but more than worth it - rock pools its an endless day day there and and put it on your bucket list. and when your done there's a great cafe at the top which do a brill breakfast. also at the top there,s a vast of coastal walks also you can walk up to the famous drinking dinosaur rock formation. parking was great also think it cost us £3 for the whole day also little gift shop at the top - lighthouse and toilets. A must place to visit 100%
