Bridlington is a coastal town and civil parish on the Holderness Coast of the North Sea, situated in the unitary authority and ceremonial county of the East Riding of Yorkshire approximately 24 miles (39 km) north of Hull. The Gypsey Race river runs through the town and emerges into the North Sea in the town harbour. In the 2011 Census the population of the parish was 35,369.

Me and my wife (and now 10 month old twin boys) have been coming to brid sea front a few times a month for the last 5/6 years as something to do as we live under 40 minutes away and we always come to play the grand national horse racing game and have got to know mark and Andy quite well. They are really good at chatting to people (especially the kids) making them laugh and telling jokes. When we 1st started playing we used to give our tokens we had won to other children thinking we had to use them that day but we found out we could save them up and use them to get bigger and better prizes so that’s what we have started doing. We would play the games then once we had enough we would trade them in. There are also the 2p push slots and grabber machines to play on, slots to win tickets or slots to win money. There is air hockey games to the back of the arcade along with an adults only section where they have bigger slots and games. I like to have a little flutter to see if I can win enough to pay for the trip and today I won £150. (I hope she (the wife) doesn’t read this or she will want it for new shoes) Now with the virus going about they have been very efficient in making hand sanitizer available for everyone to use and the machines are regularly cleaned down to help stop the spread.
