This town is right on the ocean and built for a party. The weather is fantastic - much closer to the equator than Rio so even warmer ., the Avenue comes alive with hotels, restaurants, and shops. Spectacular for running and strolling .. love it!

I visited the feira on Saturday 11-14:00h. I took an uber from SP Jardim Europa Area for about 60 BRL and it took 40 min. The market is very nice, the location as well as the setting. Very secure, nice musicians, a lot lf craftsmen selling products, nice restaurants with athmosphere and the charm of the colonial time. I can recommend to go there for a daytrip from S.P. on the weekends.

Evening market usually quite busy with a great range of arts and crafts and clothing. I found the prices keener than the central market in the city and stall holders willing to barter

Vila Butantan is an innovative leisure and shopping center which has come to revitalize the city. Situated in the neighborhood of Butantã, the structure is composed of recycled marine containers. With a modern and inviting layout, the center is a great hangout which offers an array of shops with diverse and exclusive products, restaurants, as well as food trucks and fun entertainment for the whole family.
