Walk the Freedom Trail the first time you visit Boston and you'll quickly get a sense of this coastal city's revolutionary spirit and history. But make sure you also explore some of Boston's fine museums (try the Isabella Stewart Gardner, featuring masterpieces displayed in their collector's mansion) and old neighborhoods (like the North End, Boston's Little Italy). You can't claim to have experienced real Boston culture, though, until you've watched a Red Sox game from the bleachers.

I have been to Boston many times, but this tour was as if I had landed in a completely different city with it’s Italian charm fused together with American history. Our tour guide Bob made the journey especially fun, as well as educational, but he was no match for the mouth-watering food around every corner and alleyway. Here’s to the Red, White and Blue!…as in blew me away. Viva Italia!

HORRIBLE!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!! BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK! My daughters and I traveled to NY to take the 5 borough trip. We were told to meet outside of the Hyatt Hotel. The bus never showed and the tour company could not reach Amigo Tours!! Amigo Tours is not reputable, and,are scam artists. Any company that doesn't have a working contact number is ridiculous!! I am an attorney and will be taking legal action against this company!! Once we are refunded the money from the company we booked through, I will be filing a class action consumer suit against Amigo Tours!! You scammed the wrong Lawyer!!!!

What makes this tour different is that instead of walking the Freedom Trail geographically – starting at one end and following it to the other – we let the escalating action of the American Revolution guide us through the crooked streets of Boston. The sightseeing is synchronized with and unfolds to the storytelling. There’s a lot less emphasis on dry facts and dates and a lot more on the passions, personalities, and psychologies driving the events; recreating the drama and recapturing the energy that invented America. It's not only much more enjoyable it's also the most effective way to explore the city and relive the history. The entire experience has been built with the aspirations and anxieties of a fellow tourist in mind: the groups are kept small so you aren't herded around; we cover both the major sights and the hidden gems; extensive visual aids and props help you grasp the material, and you'll traverse all original neighborhoods getting a sense of the modern city as well.
Inclusions: Limited group size. No massive crowds., Professionally operated: no actors, costumes, scripts, or kitsch, Insights from prestigious historians and scholarship, Restroom / Coffee / Snack break midway through, 12 (of 15) Freedom Trail sights visited
Exclusions: Gratuities. (optional)
Incedible Tour of the history of Boston and the American Revolution. Recommend it to everyone coming to Boston.

At Boston Foodie Tours, we are proud to be a multiple TripAdvisor Award winner, and one of Boston's original food tours. Our North End Neighborhood Tour offers a view of Boston's Little Italy from the perspective of our founder, a native Bostonian, with topics ranging from best eats to history to crime to movies, and personal stories that you can't Google! We've included some surprises, too, including THREE sites that aren't what they appear to be, and two hidden gems in a very unexpected place. And, if you're lucky, you might meet a neighbor or two! Groups of up to ten guests. Cost as noted. Cannot accommodate dietary restrictions at this time. Must wear masks unless otherwise directed.
Inclusions: Price includes all food, taxes, and servers' gratuities., Dinner
Exclusions: Tour cost does not include drinks or tour guide's gratuity should guests wish to consider.
This is a must do. Audrey was an amazing guide for the North End history and food scene. We enjoyed every minute and we were treated so kindly that we would definitely recommend this to our friends and family.
