Remarking "deciding" rather than shopping based on my experience with Muzem , I knew exactly where to come for such a precious set of rings. Great history of satisfaction ( purchased few pieces of jewelry before) personalized customer service at a great level by Geraldin , Luz Dary , Jorge, actually every single person in the store (enjoy the colombian coffee treat while there ????)amazing knowledge and quality of the product they offer,honest and genuine interest and care for customer satisfaction in every area, great prices and always a final touch to make you feel more important and valuable (even more) as a customer. Ten days after deciding on a design of an emerald ring with Gerson, we received the finished product. It is stunning...the workmanship on the emerald ring, complemented with diamonds accentuates the beauty of this precious stone. We couldn’t have picked a better jeweller for our Colombian keepsake. In case you have any doubt, this is the best place in Bogota to purchase artisan goods. There are other markets in Bogota - maybe two or three - not a lot. But this one has the best selection and the best prices. It is also conveniently located near the Botero Museum, and since you will be there anyway, you might as well stop by. I did not find it easy to negotiate better prices. I'm not sure it's possible to negotiate or if maybe I'm just not that good at it.
