The Blue Mountains are named for the delicate azure haze that lingers along the region, which is actually a fine cloud of oil emitted by eucalyptus trees. The mystical mountains are a labyrinth of plateaus, gorges and gum trees. Check out the Katoomba Scenic Railway (the steepest railway in the world), the Jenolan Caves and the Giant Staircase nature walk.

Funky retail store for guys and gals at the top of the stunning Blue Mountains.
Visited “Teddy’s” 18 months ago and it stuck in mind as the perfect place to return to if I need to eventually replace my “old faithful.” Well I needed to do so recently obtaining a high end, quality Italian leather wallet at a reasonable price that aim delighted with. Teddy Sinclair is a great place to visit and browse and (in my case, subsequently) purchase. Friendly and efficient staff and an asset to the the unique Leura Shopping Mall. Highly recommended.

We visit this shop every time we visit Sydney from NZ. It is easy to get the train from Sydney Central to Blaxland, then a 20 minute walk to Nana's Teddies. There are lots of other toys as well, but we go for the teddies. Love this shop! Dave, Jan and Troy are always welcoming too.

We always stop in here whenever we are in the mountains or even passing through. Beautifully styled shop and divine flavours. Our kids love their Rocky Road which comes in different flavours (traditional, orange and winter fruit). The honey & lavender and mango & chilli are just mouth watering. They have recently moved from a long narrow shop near the top of the mall to a wider, bigger retail space shop at the bottom of the mall. They are now located next to Cafe Madeleine which they also run.
