Went the 1st time to these gardens 35 years ago, was impressed then, what a differance now, gardeners do a fantastic job looking after all the plant speices. Well worth the effort to climb up all the steps for the view.

Very clean beach, coarse under foot as not sand but so much cleaner! Showers on the beach, parasol and sun longer hire...€6 each for the day. Lovely sea with clear water....fabulous waves, great for swimming and relaxing. And only a small walk from most hotels.

Crystal clear waters, sandy beach, restaurant and rocks for snorkelling. Well what more do you want? This is a destination beach where you could spent a day. Parking is possible on the cliff above with a short and attractive walk down to the sea. I suspect the main problem is that it gets very busy compared to my visit in April.
