Action Zipline was overbooked and the lady behind the desk was rude. After booking via Tripadviser on line 10 days in advance, ACTION ZIPLINE said we were overweight without even getting on the scale. I asked for a manager to call me, since they were over booked we would not mind rescheduling. The rude lady said a manager would call and we could rechedule, still waiting 3 1/2 weeks later. They will steal your money when they are overbooked. I contacted Tripadvisor (the portal we reserved with) and they only would communicate via email. They have sent numerous stock emails stating 100% penalty. TRIPADVISOR overbooked we did NOT. TripAdvisor is not interested in their customers and will not stand behind their customers, we explained in detail ACTION ZIP line overbooked but their stock responses were not helpful. My family is out 625$ because ACTION ZIP line was overbooked. This could have been resolved if Action ZIpline rescheduled our visit as promised and/or Trip advisor stood behind their customers.
