The hike begins at the Interlaken West train station and continues along the Aare to Neuhaus through the idyllic Weissenau nature reserve. The hike along the Aare to Neuhaus is beautiful and easy to manage. A quiet, relaxing place with a lot to discover. Seating is always available to enjoy the breathtaking view. The walk itself takes about 30-40 minutes. Then a quiet hiking trail above Lake Thun leads mostly in the shade of the trees to the Beatushöhle ship stop. The entire hike takes about 1.5 hours. A very nice hike.
