Berlin is an edgy city, from its fashion to its architecture to its charged political history. The Berlin Wall is a sobering reminder of the hyper-charged postwar atmosphere, and yet the graffiti art that now covers its remnants has become symbolic of social progress. Check out the Weltzeituhr (world time) Clock, topped by a model of the solar system, then turn back time by dining at the historic Zur Letzten Instanz, a 16th century restaurant that was frequented by Napoleon and Beethoven.

"The Berlin travesty stage" Theater im Keller "is open to its guests at over 100 performances a year. Even if the name suggests it, the theater is not in a basement, but on the ground floor Playhouse with only 35 seats has become a travesty theater in Berlin's trendy district of Neukölln that is well known far beyond Germany's borders. In the foyer is the gastro bar, where guests can enjoy delicious tapas, a diverse selection of drinks and great cocktails in an exclusive setting before, during and after the performances Ambience wait. What a treat! I thoroughly enjoyed this superb show and would recommend a visit to Berlin to see it. The team of 5 performers very hard working, excellent and all got equal chance to shine in the solo and group numbers. The choreography is clever and entertaining. So many costumes and quick changes. Also enjoyed the clever use of the lighting. The show is both very funny and poignant at times. Highly recommend, I'll be back! Thank you Ludwig for making me feel so welcome.

Berlin’s first international, alternative comedy stage, café and bar. More and more English speakers are flocking to Berlin every year, and some of these people also just so happen to be FUNNY. And lucky for them, so are the locals. So, let’s get to work. You came here for the culture, didn’t you? Well, you’ve come to the right place. Welcome home, funny people of Berlin. We are CCB, Berlin’s international, alternative comedy stage and bar, and we have plenty to offer those of you who both like to laugh and make people laugh (or try to, anyway). Within our 157 square-meter space, we have a soundproof theater capable of seating 70 people (more with our standing room option) and full bar, all so you can laugh as loud your heart desires. But wait! There’s more! On top of our German and English stand-up, improv, and podcast shows, we offer a full curriculum of comedy improv classes for beginners and advanced students in both English and German!

Huxley’s New World is a brilliant concert venue. We were lucky enough to Alison Moyet play there (she was brilliant) and we were really impressed with the layout and facilities Good cloakroom facilities, large long bars on each side of the venue and lots of places to view the stage from. Acoustics were great. Frightening to think Hitler spoke at rallies here in the 30s

The location offers great ambience, a coherent modern setting for a reportery cinema. The movie selection is well chosen and often combined with an interview with the producer. Beside that it is a nice and calm place to just have a drink or more, a place to hang out with friends.
