Berlin is an edgy city, from its fashion to its architecture to its charged political history. The Berlin Wall is a sobering reminder of the hyper-charged postwar atmosphere, and yet the graffiti art that now covers its remnants has become symbolic of social progress. Check out the Weltzeituhr (world time) Clock, topped by a model of the solar system, then turn back time by dining at the historic Zur Letzten Instanz, a 16th century restaurant that was frequented by Napoleon and Beethoven.

It's Comedy. On a Boat. On the Spree. Berlin's most scenic comedy show will brighten up your day and make you laugh. Laughing Spree Comedy is a weekly English comedy show, hosted by Comedian Chris Doering, with an extremely friendly atmosphere and some of Berlin's finest comedians, lots of guest comedians and the occasional first timer. And it's all for free, including compulsory free shots at the door! When? Every Monday Where? The Floating Lounge, Eastern Comfort Hostelboat (by East Side Gallery) When again? Doors open at 8pm, Show starts 8.30pm See you buoys and gulls aboard the ship. Keep on laughing!
I loved the location and atmosphere of this show. It's right next to the iconic East Side Gallery, and the Floating Lounge is an actual boat on the Spree. I loved being able to watch the sunset with a beer in hand in between the two halves of the show. And the show is nice and fast-paced. You get to see a lot of different comedians in a relatively short amount of time. This is a great thing to do before heading out to Friedrichshain bars for the night--the show puts you in a good mood for a good night out.

Sohneman brings back classic barculture in the traditionally proletarian neigbourhood in Friedrichshain Berlin. A working class bar with classy spirits, high quality hard liquour and handmade liquor. The signature drink Sohnemann with sage and mescal is served in a tincup. You can also find a selection of good wine from the palatine area. One of their bestselling beers Flessa is brewed in a small brewery nearby. The guests are at least as variegated as the drinks menue is. Everybody is welcome and helps to create this special warm and cosy atmoshere within. A feeling of freedom, friendship and a second home is cultivated.

Noble Rot Wine Bar is a cute wine bar in Berlin-Friedrichshain, close to Boxhagener Platz. We are serving a bright selection of great German and Hungarian wines as well as a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, antipasti and sweets that go well together with our wines. Only a stone’s throw away from Berlins famous party area (RAW area) and Warschauer Straße, the Noble Rot Wine Bar can seat up to 40 guests inside and 25 guests outside. Our friendly staff is always happy to help you choose the right wine with their great knowledge.

14 private karaoke boxes, a big stage for On-Stage Karaoke, a dance floor with tons of glittery disco balls, a bar with many delicious cocktails and shots, a smoking lounge to chill out and mingle, and a colorful mixture of karaoke jockeys and singing bartenders provide for unforgettable nights! Various Specials and/or special parties every day of the week!
Have been to Monster Ronson's a number of times in the year I've lived in Berlin. The staff is nice, the shows are super fun and versatile and the karaoke is great! There is a 5 Euro entrance fee which is very reasonable! There is a free and safe clothing storage and the bar has loads of drinks and shots available :) Highly recommended for a fun night in Berlin!
