A must visit for the lovers of our Prophet (saw) and his companions. Not many people know of Hazrat Rathan and from the time I came to know him I had the urge to visit him. A very simple dargah and very few visitors. There is a masjid attached to it and also arrangements for wuju is there.

Bathinda Fort, also known as Quila Mubarak now, was constructed by Raja Dab during the period 90-110 AD. Red coloured bricks used in construction of this fort are from the period of Ancient Indian Emperor Kushana, which was constructed by the king so that Huns could not invade his kingdom. The fort underwent various alterations, done by the later rulers of the area. Razia Sultana, the first Empress of Delhi was imprisoned here. It was captured by Mahmud of Ghazni. Locals visit this place from early morning for twin purpose - (1) Offer prayers at two Gurudwaras and (2) for morning walk on ramparts of the fort.
