The Domino Bar also has a variety of empanadas with different tastes and flavours made using fresh pastry and baked to perfection. The choices include chicken, beef, tuna and vegetarian options. The specialities are the caprese empanada stuffed with fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil and black olives and the chicken empanada of fried onions, zucchini, eggplant, peppers and seasoned chicken. The bar is also famous for its large and elaborate cocktail menu. There are nineteen different colourful choices like dark ‘n’ stormy, maui dog and lady pleasure, the names of these cocktails are as entertaining and interesting as the drinks themselves. The recommendations are “mamba negra” made with vodka, lemongrass, kaffir lime, mint syrup and chocolate liquor and the “freshbull” which is made with gin infused with licorice root, cassia, tamarind juice, tangerine syrup, dragons eye fruit, curaçao liquor, lemon juice and decorated with cinnamon and rosemary.
