As any visitor to Bangkok (or Thailand come to that!) can tell you, there are no shortage of Massage Outlets/Spas to tempt you in for a Massage at prices that are extremely reasonable. One such outlet is the Kannikar Spa which is located on the first floor (at the rear of the building) of the Amarin Plaza which is located close to the famous Erarawa Temple in the Centre of Bangkok. One tip is to try and avoid the busy periods (mid/late afternoons and weekends) when the Spa quickly fills up. As for the various massages on offer, my personal favourite is the foot & leg one which costs THB300 and - provided all goes well - it is the local custom to give the masseuse a THB100 tip. An added bonus at Kannikar is - provided, of course, you can stay awake - is the option to make use of their WiFi. All I can say is please follow my advice and enjoy!
