Only by the good graces of the great and incredible cool weather we had been having in the last few weeks, did I actually and suddenly get the great idea to finally visit this park. So I went and it was really one of the most impressive and best parks I’ve probably ever visited in the region where I live! On top of that, not only an awesome park, but there’s also only a 10 Baht entry fee per person that is paid at the main gates and then you’ll get an entry ticket. I’m not 100% sure of the opening and close times of this park, but the best time to go would be the morning and late afternoon (which is when I went all the times). Also, you can obviously drive a car or ride your own motorbike to this park, but not sure of how much parking is. This park is absolutely huge and has many many flower beds trees, pathways (all paved), a big pavilion which wasn’t open when I was there and running areas. In addition, there are also giant hedges, small enclosed gardens, topiary trees landscaped with flowers, a swamp, and these special walkthroughs that are covered in giant vegetables, and these walkthroughs actually have a number of huge gourds hanging from them and it looks so cool! The park naturally also has a lot of trees which lots of people would set up mats or blankets and have a picnic and just enjoy the outdoors. There were actually a lot of food vendors there too. However, I was told there were more than normal only because there was a special flower show going on during the times I visited. I guess there would usually not be that many food vendors for that matter if there isn’t an event going on, but nonetheless, you could still buy drinks and food from within the park. Also, as kind of main feature of something you can do within this park, there is a big lake and you can pay to go on these swan paddle boats and paddle out on the lake for awhile! I’m not sure of the cost nor how long one can ride the paddle boats for, but it was an activity that I saw a lot of people taking part in, and to which there were actually long lines for people who were waiting to ride them. In conclusion, this is a really extravagant park and one that, if you’re in the area, please have a check out. It’s a super impressive and great park to enjoy on a holiday or just on a day off from work!
