I attended the 9 days intense course of Thai Master Carver Series Course for Thai Fruit & Vegetable and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to take a new challenge and enjoy the ride with the proffesional attitude and behavior of Mrs. Wan, she was definitely very polite and available throwout the duration of course and not only. To don' t forget the help of Mr. Larry who was a great help for anything and even a personal guide for me in Bangkok ????????. I felt part of the family already and cant wait to travel again in Bangkok and visit them both, this time with more knowledge in the amazing art of Carving, thanks to them ????????. The trio opened their cooking school in a 100 year old house in a local neighborhood in Bangkok and have brought the same passion, warmth, and fun to their smaller and cozier cooking school. They have pledged to donate a portion of their sales to help the local neighborhood children and love to show students around the neighborhood during the local market tour. Our guide, Kûng, is a rock star! She made us feel like this was the most important class she will ever teach. The market tour was so engaging and awesome, and the tuk tuk ride was a blast :) The food we made was some of the best we ate on our trip, and now we know how to make it all properly once we return home! This is truly something we will never forget!
