Fast enough to get where we need to go, but slow enough to take in all the sights. The Pedicab drivers are all licensed chauffeurs, so you can drink alcoholic beverages as a passenger. Just no glass bottles and the drivers cannot provide the beverages to you (you have to purchase alcohol from a store or restaurant).
