The Māori call Auckland Tāmaki Makaurau — a maiden desired by 100 lovers,
and a valuable territory fought over for centuries for its fertile land and
natural harbors on the Pacific Ocean (to the east) and Tasman Sea (to the
west). Today, it’s New Zealand’s largest city: A vibrant and diverse place
where nature and urban life go hand-in- hand, with 48 volcanic cones, more
than 50 islands, and 29,000 km of coastline and beaches just minutes away
from the arts and shopping of the central city.

SkyBus provide a 24/7 Direct Service between Auckland International Airport and the City of Auckland. We operate an on average 10 minute frequency service.
Great trip home from Domestic Airport to Albany Westfield on the 6.30pm bus. A little less than an hour and Ram our driver was awesome. Always friendly to all, keeping track of traffic updates for the quickest way home and helping with luggage if needed. Great work Ram always happy you see you behind the wheel for my regular trip to or from the airport or North Shore.

InterCity offers quality point to point bus transport on modern buses at economic fares nationwide. Together the combined networks of InterCity and GreatSights New Zealand premium coach services connect to more than 600 destinations nationwide, with over 130 services every day..
We used Inter City for six long-distance journeys across both islands and we are most impressed with the service. The drivers have, without exception, been friendly, efficient and helpful in such matters as loading and unloading of luggage, have clearly explained timings and stopping points and have given informed and interesting commentary en route; some have been very amusing. The buses have been punctual in setting out and arrivals; we have been able to rely on them. Booking via the app is easy and, that done, the driver has your name on his phone and so the check-in procedure at the pick-up points is very simple. On the long journeys, there are stopping points along the way, always close to cafes and toilets. Inter City is a great way to get around the country.
