A couple of our friends had issues with their skis on the second day of rental. They sent someone out to fix the issue. Apparently one of our friends was improperly fitted with equipment too big for her. The boots had a hidden clasp the loosened during transit. Why didn’t they tell us about this hidden clasp in the beginning? One of our friends who has skied multiple times in the past continue to have issues and ended up not being able to ski. We have been trying to get a hold of the owner about a partial refund. Just a refund for friend on the second day who was unable to ski. We’ve called a couple of times and also emailed. The staff had been courteous and told us they would have the owner call us back. This business owner does not care about his customers so take your money elsewhere!

My husband and I took the walking tour last night. Dean was an awesome storyteller; we’re in our honeymoon and thought, why not take advantage of a ghost tour. We learned so much about Aspen and local supernatural history/legend. Well worth the 9 degree weather!! We love mysteries, stories of hauntings and this tour delivered!!!

It was fun adventure to visit local breweries and see the great outdoors in the process. The chauffeur was extremely professional and accommodating. The 10th Mountain Distillery was a cool add on suggest by our concierge on wheels.
