Top! Full 5 stars ***** We booked a day tour with Sergio as a family. Two days before the tour, Sergio introduced himself personally by email and asked us about our preferences and wishes. The private tour of the island was scheduled for 6-7 hours. We had already visited the typical tourist tours of Gran Canaria in the past and were curious to see what Sergio can show us in addition. Result: We were able to experience the true beauty and overwhelming views of the island on this day and were absolutely thrilled. We saw so many fantastic beautiful spots and fell in love with the island all over again. We were so overwhelmed that we didn't even notice that the tour ended up being 9 hours. Sergio took a lot of nice photos on the side. From the landscape - but what was even better: he also took pictures of us as a family and just gave them to us the next day. So we have wonderful memories of a wonderful day with a very friendly and charming guide. Thank you Sergio!

I have been on many tours in all corners of the world, but only on rare occasions do the tours really stand out as being absolutely outstanding. This tour is very much one of those occasions. When you book a tour with Sergiu you get so much more than an expert on the island, you are also getting a professional photographer who will take unforgettable photographs of your day. You could pay a professional photographer more than the cost of this tour just to take shots for a few hours, Sergiu does all this and more. Our tour lasted 10 hours - Sergiu was so passionate about the island that we kept adding to the itinerary. Not once did he look at his watch. We started at our hotel in Las Palmas at 09.00 promptly and then headed south to the dunes. We then moved north, via the central mountains and then through the lush north side of the island. Sergiu’s attention to detail was perfect - right down to making sure we had the exact drinks we wanted in his cooler. Book this tour before all others if you are looking for the best tour of Gran Canaria.

I went on the Lazy Wednesday tour of Gran Canaria in February. I booked it at the tourist information place in Santa Catalina park Las Palmas. I spent a week in Gran Canaria (Las Palmas) and this trip was easily the most fun, informative, and interesting thing I did. And it was inexpensive. Not only did we go to many scenic places (the whole island), but the tour guide Pavel is superb. He's well prepared so you don't waste your time - he took meal orders on the bus and phoned them in, and even served meals in the restaurant to speed things up. And he's really entertaining and informative, there are no times when you just sit on the bus and do nothing. The tour is in English and Spanish, and one smart thing he does is switch between them frequently so you're never waiting long for the English part (Spanish is not one of the languages I speak). There are frequent stops so you never spend a long time on the bus. The roads and buses are such that there's no way I could have done the trip by myself, and thankfully I didn't. Pavel should give tour guide lessons on how to do a great job, it's rare that one finds a guide of his talent. I also took a day tour of Tenerife, and although it wasn't bad, the guide wasn't nearly as good - he droned on and on in one language before switching and he seemed bored. It was a good contrast between the two day-trips. If you can only do one, take the Lazy Wednesday one. This tour is a bargain at double the price, you won't regret going.

This is our guided proposal that includes various stops and visits: Visit to Telde: Second most populous city on the island, Discover the charming old town of Arucas and its magnificent modernist Church of San Juan Bautista built with volcanic black stone. After we will visit Firgas, known as "the Atlantic balcony" for its fantastic panoramic views.
