Historical landmark for quarter horse racing for 50 year.
This is a small race track for thoroughbreds and quarter horses. Races are only on weekends. Historic track was established in 1943. A very low key venue to get up close and personal with the horses and jockeys and enjoy racing. Don’t expect Churchill Downs. Was lucky enough to see Mine That Bird on exhibition!! What a thrill! Definitely enjoyed my afternoon!!

I decided to get a clubhouse reserved seating. My wife and I really enjoyed the day. It was a beautiful 75 degree sunny day. The track was beautiful. We ordered food and it was only ok. She ordered the taco salad and I ordered a burger. Both were so so. The alcoholic drinks however were great and they had a $3 special on beers. Awesome! As I said it was my birthday 2/8 and our server's name was Kim. Her service was bar none the best. She even brought me a birthday card hand signed by the staff and was very attentive. She also gave me to free admission tickets for the clubhouse when I return, and I will. All in all it was a great day to spend the day on my birthday.

Did they get me a good five hours of play with ten dollars free slot play that you are gifted for riding down the hour and half from Mesa to Maricopa plus like another ten to twenty dollars cash, yes yes yes. Every time I play almost the whole time. The 8 to 15 dollars guarantee in free slot play on certain days come in handy as well. All Aboard America is the coach bus, WiFi and restroom ready. Also you get a 15 dollar food court/gift shop Bonus once your a Ceasars Rewards member. Of course as you go from Gold to Platinum then Diamond levels, I need bows, you get bigger rewards and some times the amounts can be as much as 1000 dollars in free play. Gifts galore in January, a complete luggage outfit from Bella Russo is great for hotel on the move packing. Already in February the cookware set from RoseBrick, yeah it's o.k. the MarbleStone ECO+CHEF 3 quart saucepan has arrived with a great month of fun and excitement, jumbo l for $11,000+ on video poker for example, the feasts will be completed including mine by the end of the month, we'll be back.

Horseback Rides in the Forest, Trail Rides, Adventure Rides. Horseback Riding Lessons every day on site. Rides ARE 1.5 HOURS FOR $75. Riders are taken up the mountain on a very beautiful trail with through the woods and to the top of the mountain where there are some very very old growth trees. Great place for pictures as you can see the rim from there and all the mountain tops. We often see deer and some elk and many squirrels and birds.
Joe our guide was great. The ride was scenic and absolutely beautiful. The horses were selected based on his conversations with the riders and he did a great job. We didn't get to see any elk but he tried to call them out. We did get to get wild horses and they were amazing to see. The trail was beautiful and not just a flat walk around. We got to the the rim like no others get to see it! Highly recommend. Wish we lived closer.

I booked a room because it was inexpensive and needed a place for the night. Much to my surprise it was a full fledge 4 diamond resort. The Navajo nation has out done themselves! The design and service is excellent, rooms are spacious, restaurants good and nice casino. What more can you ask for ;-) I Give high recommendations to plan a stay at Twin Arrow if traveling near the Flagstaff area

I stayed here 4 nights for a work related event. I wasn't too excited about staying in a hotel attached to a casino, but it was very nice. The staff was very attentive and the room was clean, with a mini fridge, make-up mirror and work area. The complex has several restaurants/bars as well as a gift shop. The food was very good at the Asian fusion restaurant and of course, Shula's did not disappoint.

Located in the heart of scenic Prescott Valley, Arizona Downs features horse racing every weekend of the summer, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Arizona Downs has a mile-long racetrack, a Family Fun Zone, and a spacious venue that features concession stands, a restaurant & bar with scenic 360-degree views, more than 150 in-house TV screens, and both mutuel and self-bet machines.
I have enjoyed Arizona Downs many times. I often walked around the area to get exercise. There are a number of roads and paths that one can take to see the area. Besides the race track, there is a trailer park area for visitors to Prescott to enjoy. Also, there are multitudes of stables and exercise rings for horses. The land is flat, but you do need to look out for snakes in season and for sticker bushes. The race track is greatly improved as are the facilities. There is ample parking.

The ringing of state-of-the-art, popular slot machines delivering jackpots. The click-clack of chips as a winner collects after a Blackjack hand. You'll feel the fun, excitement and thrill of the game at Cliff Castle Casino Hotel. You'll also feel the friendly, caring service that has kept us Arizona's number one casino for the last sixteen years.
I go here a couple times a month. I’ve gotten to know the dealers and they are all great people and lots of fun. Small casino and you’re never having to fight your way through the crowd. Drinks are good and reasonably priced.
