Bodegas Solar de Urbezo

The name of our winery “SOLAR DE URBEZO” comes from the last name of a famous painter from our región, Carinena. He was Antonio Urbezo and he represents our concept; producing wine is creating art, it´s painting and depending on how you do it, the “painting” will leave an impression or another. The kinds of grape: syrah, cabernet-sauvignon, merlot, chardonnay, garnacha, tempranillo and the indigenous carinena, take place in our creating process, having scant presence in some wines and stronger in others. We produce in our wine cellar a wide-range of wines; maturing and young, also soft white wine, rose wine and our fine wine; the red wine. From the vine to the glass of wine, the wine-making process combines the know-how of a long family tradition with modern facilities and a distribution network that allows our wines to reach every corner of the world. We organize visits to see our winery to experience a unique pairing with our wines. Food and wine will always be good friends.
