I did not know what the building was when I first saw it. However, I was attracted by its unique design. After going inside, I then realized that it had many shops selling local produce. More importantly, the second floor offered a wonderful view of the Aomori Portal. I recommend you to visit this place if you visit Aomori for the first time.
