Hi Sharma ji, I had planned this trip to make my first marriage anniversary memorable. Have made all bookings and waiting from more than 2 months. Because of drastic increase in covid cases in Delhi during divali and formers protest I was in big tension and in confusion whether to travell or not. It was at high risk and not sure about anything till the last minute. But starting from when I book the cab to last hour of our onboard to trip you made it flawless without small error. We were safe And didn’t face single issue throughout the trip. Our driver Dharmendra Sharma was very cool and Happy person. He took care of us a lot and he was very friendly and gave many suggestions while visiting monuments. His driving is awesome. I have reached Delhi Airport back with so much of Satisfaction and Happiness. Thank you so much for your wonderful service I will cherish this forever. Keep up the good work and will refer my many friends here. I am taking many memories from here!! And a big Thanks you!!!

I am happy with the arrangement by Flextate on the Rajasthan trip. Mr. Neeraj organized the trip very well. It was an 8D/9N trip and we visited Jaipur-Bikaner-Jaisalmer-Jodhpur-Ajmer-Pushkar. I traveled with my wife. The trip was planned really well. Mr. Neeraj was patient enough to answer all my queries. He ensured all the arrangements were properly made and guided us on our itinerary. We were happy with the hotels selected for us by Neeraj. We never had to face any inconvenience regarding hotels. There was one problem that faced is regarding the "Driver". 1. The car was not clean enough. 2. His behavior was horrible right from the start. He did not have good manners to talk to his client and was constantly forcing us to go to a particular place of his choice. We asked him to take us to the local market mentioned in the itinerary, but every time he denied saying "Nothing is here for shopping. Why the agencies put 'shopping' on the itinerary?" The way he was speaking to us is completely "Unprofessional". We spent money from our own pocket to hire local auto and go to the market in Jodhpur. 3. We missed the "Umaid Bhawan" on the first day in Jodhpur because the driver did not inform us of the closing time of "Umaid Bhawan". We took more time in enjoying the beauty of "Mehrangarh fort". It was on the 30th of December. When I asked him to take us to Umaid Bhawan on the next day (31st December), the driver denied directly and told us that he needs to reach home (Jaipur- our next day was Jaipur via Ajmer/Pushkar) early on 31st December, so that he can arrange for the year-end party. -- This issue was SOLVED by Neeraj after we informed him. And we visited "Umaid Bhawan" the next day. I will recommend Flextate to everyone but will request to chose the driver wisely. You can't force anyone to follow blindly. It's the behavior that matters. (Giving 4 stars only because of the driver..) Thanks!

My family and I did a 3 and half week tour starting in New Delhi and then Agra and onwards into various significant destinations in Rajasthan. I must say we were very fortunate to land Raj as our driver. Without hesitation I would say he was a prime contributor to a very good experience. Raj was courteous, had a great sense of humour, knowledgeable, obliging and above all a bloody good driver, which is what you need if you decide to tour India. What started as a driver - client relationships culminated into a strong friendship by the conclusion of the tour. I can not recommend Raj highly enough. Do yourself a favour, contact Raj.
