Very nice shop. Lots of choices in sauces, etc. What I appreciate the most is the homemade cookies and biscotti they made in the back of the store. We picked up a few treats today and they were A+. Cherry chocolate chip cookies and cherry pistachio biscotti were delicious. Staff was outgoing and friendly - makes you feel welcome. A must-stop every time we visit Saugatuck!

Owner Arnaldo (Arny) Rodriguez began his rehabilitation project in the spring of 2015 on what had been known as “the blue building north of the library”, now called “Acqua In Vino”, Italian for “Water Into Wine”. Plans for this rehabbed building included a wine and cheese shop where tasting and pairings could be done before purchasing. Arny’s passion for quality cheeses and wines began with his experiences in Italy where family shared their times together around the table with bread and cheese and wine. It is his desire to share this experience with others, develop their palettes, and not only educate them, but continue to learn more himself. The shop brings the best selection of locally made, locally sourced cheese, wine, craft beer and meat available on the market today. Stemming from his own experience over the years with access to good quality cheese, wines, craft beer, meat and other fine foods, his team strives to share their knowledge and passion with you our customer.
The owner is very involved and passionate about stocking the store with quality items. It's like a mini GB Russos in our community. Friday's are for wine or beer tasting , paired with delicious food items prepared by the proprietor himself.
