Great farmers market items inside a rustic old barn. Reasonably priced . Fresh homemade bakery, cookies, kolacky, pies, and bars. Various tchotchkes.

This fish store is one of the best I know in Wisconsin. When you're returning from Door County to the "mainland", most routes go from Sturgeon Bay to Green bay. However, the deviation to Algoma is worth you while if you like fish. While some other gift and food stores in Door County sell fish, and particularly smoked fish, nothing eclipses Bearcats. This store specialises in Whitefish and Trout (in season), fresh and smoked. They also have Salmon. Outside of the local fare, their frozen department has tons of stuff, but local smoked and fresh fish is what makes you stop here.
