We booked rising sun for 4 days of guided skiing out of Niseko. Dan took us on four awesome days of touring. He met us at our accommodations each morning, gave us beta each morning on where the good snow would be, a suggestion of where we should go, and options in case we were feeling something else. Dan was fun, brought us to some epic spots, always found the good snow, took some great pics, and most importantly was the ultimate snow safety professional and was diligent about risks in the backcountry and kept us safe. Rising Sun helped us organize some transportation and logistics, and took us to some sweet onsen and dinner spots. We were really impressed with our trip and would definitely book again

Visited the new store at Base in early December for our snowboard rental. Excellent service and equipment was in top condition. Shout out to your service crew for helping us first-timers with our boot fitting and board selection. Only thing I would ask for is more cashiers for payment, took longer than expected but it was not an unpleasant waiting experience. Excellent experience nonetheless! We'll be back for more next season! Thanks Rhythm!

I booked skis boots and poles for my husband and kids. Willf took us through the whole process from start to finish he greeted us at the door showed us how to self check in and fitted everyone with boots and skis. My husband has always had problems with his feet on skiing holidays this is the first time we have not had to return to the rental shop and change his boots. The kids are normally very shy but before we knew it they were dancing around the shop in ski boots. The skis he gave us were perfect for the conditions and looked almost new, there was lots of choice, the staffs product knowledge was second to none. The equipment we were given in the shop made for a stress free holiday as it was all right first time. We were even offered a free shuttle back to our hotel to save us carrying all of the gear. Great shop and even better customer service.
