The team behind Wolfe & Co. would like to welcome you to their latest venture, Codâs Gift, a new elegant restaurant and bar located in Sydney's Dural. Cod's Gift is open for lunch and dinner service seven days a week, showcasing sustainably caught seafood
Disappointing experience. The menu was limited but broad enough for a quick hit lunch with the potential of being an enjoyable interlude with friends. Unfortunately the experience did not live up to potential. The service was average with the front of house personnel doing it by the numbers rather than displaying an interest in the dinners. The meals were delivered haphazardly with one of four being delivered at least 5 minutes after the others. Not Acceptable. Flavour was ok but the seafood had seen the inside of a freezer and had not really had time to thaw before being cooked. The restaurant has the potential to provide a service of some quality in a market that has limited options for locals. Just needs to try harder.

Firstly, I found bacon in my vegetarian meal. Secondly, My mother found hair in her breakfast. Lastly, the service was absolutely appalling! Waitresses were no where in sight, it took 35 minutes to deliver a drink, missed several items off the order. It took over an hour to receive our breakfast meal. When queried, waitress said âit is, what it isâ, They all need to have several hospitality and service lessons. I will not be returning and recommend no one else does.

Located within Flower Power in Glenhaven this cafe is a great meeting place - it was buzzing with people and families on a weekday. There is an indoor and 'outdoor' area which includes a little playground and there is an area you can feed ducks. Enjoyed coming here and will be back again. Only had their coffee and light meal but meals that were being served at other tables looked well presented. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The Pirate's is a Round Corner institution. The food is always fresh, and the service friendly and efficient. There isn't a great deal of atmosphere, but this is where you'll definitely get the best burgers in Dural and at a very reasonable price.

Whilst staying overnight at a friends place we were invited to a birthday lunch at Geranium Cottage Cafe. The setting is terrific and everyone I lunched with enjoyed their meal except me. I ordered Scotch Filet steak, medium. The steak arrived with chip and salad and looked great and it was, except for the steak which was sinewy and chewy. It is not expecting too much when paying around $30,00 for a steak you get one that is easy to chew. The staff at the geranium were great to such a degree I couldn't bring myself to complain and kept it to myself. I live on the other side of Sydney so my chances of re-visiting are slim. Sorry Geranium but it was, what it was and I cannot remember giving a negative review.

The Wren is named after the 'Wren' bird, native to the hills area. Being a highly social, song singing animal, we've created a vibrant cafe to match. A place where people can fly in to grab their Mecca Coffee, flock in numbers to enjoy a meal with friends
Would suggest to try booking, or get there early. A very busy venue, well catered to by locals. Meals moderate size, trendy, very into fresh produce and organics. Staff friendly and very efficient. Overall an enjoyable experience. Nice arcade to walk through nearby.......fabulous specialty Butcher there along with an amazing French Patisserie

Itâs deceiving front the outside but when you walk in, this place rocks! The kitchen is busy, the staff are frantically on the go- serving, cleaning, wiping down tables, ready for the next barrage of hungry customers. If you havenât booked you better be ready for a little wait as this place serves up delicious breakfast and lunch meals. Itâs relaxed and the view from the back is surprisingly picturesque.

On a normal Sunday, with couple of empty tables, 4 of us sat down at 11.45am, placed our order at 11.52am, coffee already all drank up, food not arrive until 12.36pm. Terrible long wait to get an over cooked soft shell crab burger which is oily and hard. Portion is small for a charge of $22.5. Completely disappointed. No wonder my friends ask me not to visit after change of management. Points proven and taken. If not because it is compulsory to select a point to submit this review, I wouldnât even give a point at all.
Where to eat Cafe food in Dural: The Best Restaurants and Bars

We were regulars at the nursery for many years before they served food, but today was our first time eating and very pleasantly surprised. The gift shop area has been decluttered and now has several tables with lots of room between so you are not listening to other diners. Service was fast, friendly and very helpful. My wife had a chickpea salad and I had a spinach cheese pie, both excellent and perfect for a light lunch. The Allpress coffee was worth beautifully made and chia tea made anyway you wanted it. Less than $50 for the two of us. Free on-site parking.

We have been so many times and never have we been disappointed. Delicious food, excellent produce. Now with the bigger deck, it's even better. Without doubt one of the best restaurants in Dural.
