A friend and I were in The Hague for the day. Iâm Brazilian myself so I was hesitant to try a Brazilian restaurant abroad to see the authenticity. I was surprised, of all my travels worldwide, this place was definitely authentic. From the friendly staff, the atmosphere, the food, the quality and variety! I had telephoned early on to see if a table reservation was necessary. I spoke with a wonderful Portuguese lady, who was also our waitress while we were there. She was exceptionally friendly and very humorous. She made my friend I feel so comfortable. He commented to me how much the staff were friendly and how this was his first time trying Brazilian food, that he loved it!! We also had caipirinhas which were great as well! I will definetly come back and recommend this to my new Dutch colleagues here in Amsterdam when they want an authentic Brazilian experience. Obrigado equipe RodÃzio pelo atendimento! First time at De Resident and pleasantly surprised. The place is busy (booking recommended) and has a warm, lively atmosphere. Don't expect anything fancy or trendy. Although I am not a big fan of meat or ribs in general, I thought the ribs were really good, the meat was tender and the sauce very tasty. The small side salad was inspired and the french fries could have been better. The garlic bread with melted cheese is to die for. Good wines at very decent prices. I haven't tried but the deserts looked enormous. Service was surprisingly excellent and very friendly.

Argentinian restaurant with no argentinian food! The owner is from Ecuador, the service staff - from Brasil and Holland... I ordered escabeche and 've got fried calamaris! At least the Chef should get a little bit information about the Argentinian food.... The salad was Greek - with feta cheese.... We asked for the most expensive dish - the mixed grill - the meat looked like boiled and the cones were not only overcooked but old as well. The Dutch lady was serving very unprofessional and in grumpy mood. The Brazilian girl was kind, but still not professional... They didn't had Chimichurri sauce! The ambience is pure kitch!

We are here before we went to see the musical Billy elliot in the afas circus theater. The bistro is located right behind the theater. We got a great deal at the hotel we stayed at; we had a three course meal for 16 euros. The food was very tasty and we got lots of different sauces and side dishes. Service was quick and the staff was funny and friendly.
