Nomadic tribal heritage and modern society co-exist in the UAE, a federation of seven emirates at the southeastern edge of the Arabian Peninsula. Look beyond the desert that consumes four-fifths of its area and you'll find UAE capital Abu Dhabi, an oil-rich city of skyscrapers, parks and malls, and Dubai, with its split personality of luxury resorts and covered marketplaces, upscale boutiques and local artisans. For a break from urban sprawl, journey over rolling red sand dunes into the Hatta Mountains, where the 200-year-old Sharia Mosque sits amid 30 restored buildings of sandalwood and mud.

Nestled in a picturesque quarter within Dubai’s iconic Jumeirah neighbourhood, you'll find Roda Beach Resort only a stone’s throw away from the pristine sands and cove of Kite Beach.
I booked a 5 bed villa for our family and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The villa was spacious and well appointed with good wifi and excellent daily cleaning. The Roda Beach Resort is very well situated next to the beach with a good pool and a smaller covered one for children. In the Mall next door is a supermarket with everything you need for the self-catering part of the stay. Staff are all very helpful and welcoming. All in all a hidden gem in Dubai.

Jannah Place Villas Ras Al Khaimah consists of 24 self-catering private villas, in townhouse style, featuring 318 sqm of luxury space with 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in each villa. They are crafted with individual care and combine a tasteful balance between classic elegance and integration of cutting-edge design, including a Zen garden and sun beds in the spacious rooftop area.
Excellent Hospitality and the facilities were very good, clean villa and pool temperature was also perfect. All staff were professional and they know their guest needs. Childproof the pool is small but my kids loved it. The best part you get the breakfast in the morning ready. We really enjoyed here.

We have available 30 unit of 4 bedroom villa which can accommodate for 8 people. Each villa has Superior Deluxe Room (King Size Bed), Executive Room(King Size Bed), Deluxe Room (King Size Bed) and Twin Deluxe Room (2 single bed).
This was the most comfortable villa stay ever, the service was impeccable from arrival to departure, a family group of 12 with different needs and all the staff encountered were on the same, awesome level of service. The front office manager, Skander was so pleasant and attentive, ensuring every few hours to check if we needed anything. The amenities, were just like home, the kitchen, bedrooms and children's play area was perfect for us. We found a happy new year cake on our dinning table on our return from new year eve fireworks viewing, besides the daily fruit baskets, this was a thoughtful touch. Excellent service overall.

Booked an apartment here. Unable to travel due to positive COVID test. Refused to waive their cancellation policy which of course they are entitled to do but is disappointing really given the circumstances and my offer to send them a copy of the positive test

Having paid over £60k for 6 nights for a stay in one of Jumeriah exclusive villas (The Malakya), we were left feeling extremely disappointed. Firstly the villa decor is so tired and needs updating, secondly plunge pool needed a good clean as when we entered the water turned a cloudy white due to residue that was sat on the bottom. If you are expecting VIP treatment as each villa comes with its own butler, you will be left feeling disappointed, breakfast was not arranged throughout the stay even though we had paid for breakfast and evening meal throughout. You have to queue with the rest of the hotels guest and tip to get a decent table to sit our family of five. Basic service of coffee and tea at breakfast is out of the question, unless yet again you tip a waiter. Significant deposit paid upfront but was asked immediately to top it up after our first half board dinner (which was supposed to be inclusive but had so many supplements). Only £20 per head was deduct from the bill. No treats or afternoon teas organised what we got was a bowl of fruits on our arrival and a platter of berries and nuts that were left there to rot throughout the stay. Irrespective of several complaints no senior management came to meet ourselves and deal with the complaints. Also external experience camel ride, 4x4 desert safari and evening dinner with entertainment , that they pushed as an up-sale was a huge mis-sell instead of the one we initially requested. We left the experience having not eaten as the food was cold and inedible. We had to order room service back at the hotel which again was charged. The whole thing was way below expectations. Far too many things to mention, however the biggest insult was the request to constantly be asked to pay extra over the pre authorised deposit as if we were a risk of not paying. The whole experience is a honey trap for celebrities and people who want the accolade of staying at the most prestigious place in Jumeriah resort. For us the worst experience ever in a so called luxury resort. Avoid at all costs.
