Even if you’ve never been to this Cyclades island in the Aegean Sea, you’d still recognize it immediately – candy-colored houses carved into cliffs, sapphire waters, gleaming white buildings topped with half-spheres the color of a stormy sky. Here you’ll find peace as you roam the black sand beaches or the streets of a provincial village like Imerovigli. Beautiful Oia is world famous for its sunsets, which seem tinted with every shade of an artist’s palette.

Everything was amazing with our stay! The location couldn't be better for the main lobby area to each of the villas. From the amazing view from the Infinity Blue Villa to the daily breakfast, we loved it all. The best part of the entire stay was the hospitality of Manolis and Evi and the entire team! They had amazing recommendations and could not have been more attentive and kind. They truly all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as satisfactory as possible. Thank you White Pearl team for an amazing experience!

This villa was incredibly beautiful and the stay was made even better by our fabulous host, Dimitris! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and was so genuine in his fantastic service. The villa itself was in the perfect location particularly to watch the sunset and was thought of, from amenities to the kitchen being fully stocked. I could not recommend it more!

My wife and myself stayed at the amazing Ayama Hideaway Villa. This place is draw dropping. It is your own personal paradise. Private pool, jacuzzi, private sun deck and huge private Villa with full kitchen. Approx 5-10 minute walk to main resort. You are in your own private getaway down the road. George and all his staff make sure your stay is perfect. Would highly recommend Ayama from the Calm Collection to anyone. Bobbies made sure your Private Villa is perfect, any request anytime of day Bobbies was there for you. Stavroula at the front desk is always there for any bookings, tours or concerns. And at the resort pool (you have your own private pool in your private villa) Jon and Luda made sure you always have a cold drink (Passion Martinis are great here). This is a place to relax as a couple, or to bring your family. Once again George has truly had this a vacation we will never forget.

Celestia Grand villas are the most beautiful, romantic, and private accommodation in Santorini. Not only is the place gorgeous, the service is impeccable. Thank you to Niko for being an excellent 24/7 concierge who took time to give us an orientation of the complex on Day One, arrange an amazing itinerary for us with tips and tricks of the island, make reservations for us at lovely restaurants with the best views and genuinely check-in with us everyday to see how we were doing. The views are unlike anything we’ve seen before: Truly breathtaking views of the caldera. We stayed at Erotas villa and LOVED it. The food is a chef’s kiss. Thank you to the chefs and servers who brought us warm breakfast, fresh fruit and drinks via a banquet style meal everyday. We had a lovely spread and dessert every morning and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to start the day. The villa itself gives you access to your own little home: all private balcony, patio, pool, jacuzzi, two bathrooms, an indoor jet pool, and more. Truly a luxury experience that is also comfy, cozy, and elegant. We will never forget our honeymoon here in Santorini at Celestia Grand. In a serene environment that offers privacy and refined architecture together with a unique, exclusive view of the most famous sunset in Greece, this newly modernized villa complex, built right on the edge of Oia, offers the best of both worlds: designed in traditional Cycladic style, the villas have their own heated pool and a veranda for endless, carefree relaxing hours in the sun. At the same time, being just a stroll away from the lively market at the heart of Oia, the visitor never misses out on the beat of the street. And, on those days when the market is tempting the senses with fresh choices of fruit and fish, your fully equipped kitchen back at the villa is ready to support a beautiful sunset meal at home. The residence consists of 6 detached indipendent Villas, of which 5 fixed for the visitors and 1 for the housekeeper and insists in an area of 4.800 sqm, with a garden of 3.000 sqm and the private parking of 1.200 sqm.
We just got back from a fantastic week at Katharos Pool Villas in Santorini The villas are lovely! They are a great size, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and kept cool. The kitchen was stocked with fruit and basics such as eggs, bread and unlimited bottled water and coffee, plus all kitchen equipment to cook with. The rooms were cleaned and beds were kept every day. Every villa has a private pool, which was heated and could turn into a jacuzzi at night. It was just the right size to splash around and the right depth for my daughter to swim in. The villas felt very safe, someone was on hand at all times so my daughter could confidently go off and explore the grounds. The service we received at the villas was exceptional, the owners were always on hand and no ask was too big or too small. Whether it was calling a taxi, arranging an excursion, giving us some bits for the villa. We were even given lifts up the hill to OIA when we didn’t fancy the walk by Alex, Francesco or a member of his lovely family. The location was great, the perfect spot for the OIA architecture, sunset, and the famous port. Plant of places to eat and things to do. May is also a great time to visit as the weather was still very hot but not too much. I would say the villas are perfect for families, and couples of all ages. We would love to go back one day with friends. We would definitely recommend.

We had the most amazing 4 nights at this hotel and were so sad to leave! The staff were incredible from arrival, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Apologies I can’t remember everyone’s names but Poppy, Zee and all the staff were just incredible. So friendly, accommodating and truly couldn’t so enough for you. Our room was very clean, spacious and the beds were comfy too. The bathroom was nice and modern, rainfall shower was lovely. Robes and slippers were a nice touch as well as all toiletries being provided. Towels were big and fluffy and so were the pool towels. Our terrace area was huge and the jacuzzi was great to have there along with sun beds. Breakfast was included and made to order each day. You can choose what you like the night before and change it as you like. Everything from omelette to fruit, yoghurts, coffee, juices - all fabulous and cooked freshly for you. No other food was available for lunch as the hotel has just reopened but they had a great local takeaway that delivered lovely gyros to us for lunch (they take card and reception can help you place the order). Th bar offers a lot of drinks options and they served us by the pool most days (it was quiet so we just nipped down to reception when we needed anything and someone came up to us. The water was free, a large bottle in the room each day and by the pool too. We thought that was a nice touch as most places really rip you off for it. Other drinks as well were well priced like Pimms cocktails at 9€ (fira town start from about 14!) There is a free shuttle 3 times a day to get to fira which was really handy. You can get a taxi but it’s 10-15€ which is a bit mad for a 5 min drive. You could walk it but it’s not a great walk and may take 20-30 mins. Nowhere to walk to from the hotel really but that’s what we loved about it as it’s more remote which offers better privacy than the hotels in the towns. All staff worked so hard, they’re up early cleaning around the pool and making sure the walkways are swept too. The only notes for improvement we have is that more hooks would be useful to dry towels and a rack outside too. Also we booked a room for 3 which was shown as a double bed and double sofa bed but this was actually single sofa bed. Otherwise we really loved the place and would absolutely come back. For the service etc it’s one of the best places we’ve stayed in the world.

There’s a lot that’s good about Amber Lights. Our room was beautiful. It was bright, spacious — cavernous, even — with a sitting area and a cool, cosy bathroom with a large shower practically hewn from the rocks. Our room had a terrace with a small pool and loungers, so we spent nearly all our time there relaxing and looking out across spectacular views of the Aegean and Anafi and watching the planes come and go from the airport. While you get the caldera views in Imerovigili and Fira, you absolutely do not get the same level of privacy that Amber Lights offers. The staff, particularly the front-of-house staff, were attentive, very friendly, and eager to help, and through them we organised an excellent tour of the island with bona fide native Santorinians. If you’re visiting Santorini for complete and utter tranquility, Amber Lights is perfect. It is extremely quiet, and you’re unlikely to see or hear anyone during the day except at breakfast and dinner. Many times it felt less like a hotel and more like a health retreat. But it is quiet largely because it is so isolated, at least in Santorinian terms. If you’re staying at Amber Lights, rent a vehicle. While it’s theoretically possible to walk to nearby Imerovigili, the road there is uphill and dangerous, and the alternative walking route Google Maps suggests is currently impassable due to construction. While the hotel will happily arrange taxi transportation to Imerovigili, it costs a flat €15 to go the 3km, and transfers to Oia and Perissa, for example, are much more expensive (€40 each way). Whatever shuttle bus used to operate from the hotel is not in service, which is a real shame and effectively strands non-drivers who are on a tighter budget or unwilling to brave the local roads (and I don’t blame you). Breakfast was decent and certainly healthier and less stodgy than some other Santorini hotels, but dinner from the restaurant (which was closed until our third day) was fairly average and mostly overpriced. To arrange our mealtime and desired courses, we needed to call reception in advance. It wasn’t possible simply to show up at 7 or 8pm and just order at the table, which was odd. There was also no separate lunch menu. While Amber Lights does partner with an Imerovigili-based takeaway restaurant, getting sandwiches in a plastic bag from a delivery driver doesn’t make for a luxury hotel experience, especially when you’re paying almost one and a half thousand euros for the privilege. What the hotel really could do with is a small shop or kiosk — something that sells bottles of water, beer, and snacks. While our room came with a very well-stocked mini-fridge, the markup was by any standard heinous (e.g, €2 per coffee capsule, €4.50 for a bar of chocolate), and we bought many of the same things for a fraction of the price in Imerovigili and, ironically, from Amber Lights’ takeaway partner. We also struggled with internet speeds for the duration of our stay, and on one evening the entire hotel had a 12-hour outage. Sluggish WiFi isn’t really a problem if you’re out exploring — and I hate to sound like a net-addicted Millennial — but if you’re planning on spending most of your time by the pool listening to podcasts or watching something, it limits the experience. There’s a lot to recommend at Amber Lights — the peace and quiet, the views, the private terraces with pools and hot tubs. However, the transportation issues, the odd lunch and dinner setup, and a few other noticeable issues mean that it doesn’t quite fit its luxury billing, especially given the price.

"Oia Sunset Villas" are located in the north of Santorini Island in the traditional settlement of Oia (Ia) village. This group of six elegant houses comes highly recommended and features well-appointed accommodation. The group of houses are traditionally designed and furnished with high standards and attention to every detail. The use of traditional Oia volcanic red & black stones and some of the best materials have been included at the design and have been used in harmony with the environment. All houses have three levels. On the outside every villa has a private yard with dining areas to enjoy alfresco dining, garden and a private heated hydro massage spa. Three swimming pools combined with the perfect sea and sunset views, will keep you there the whole day. The BBQ area offers lot of space and lot of facilities for many persons in order to live happy moments. The luxury combined with the ultimate privacy offers an unforgettable stay and a unique experience.
The location of this property is good, while it is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Oia, it gives you that great sunset view. We had booked their 2BR Villa TOPAZ. While the villa is marketed as 2BR, it actually has 1 Bedroom in the basement & 1 more bed in the loft. It is ideal for 1 family with kids maybe but definitely not for 2 couples! The villa has all the required amenities, jacuzzi is cherry on the top! They clean the apartment daily as well. Property is top notch. Their breakfast for 1 person is enough to feed 2. We ordered just 1 and it had whole lot of things from breads, eggs to juice, milk etc. The spa at their place is good as well & highly recommended. Staff is humble & courteous, they go through lengths to make sure you are comfortable. They gave us early check in & late check out. At the time of our stay, there was some on-going construction nearby, but there was no disturbance from it apart from the fact that it got in the view of the sea from certain places. Overall, whenever I am visiting Santorini again, this will be my go to place.

Set in Fira, the scenic capital of Santorini, Infinity Collection boasts an outdoor heated pool and spa, sun terrace and modern white decor in traditional cave-style accommodation. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. All units feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities.
Sarah is extremely efficient. They picked us up from the airport. They took our bags to the hotel. Very personal touch. The hotel is quaint. The pool a good size but you don’t have a view to the ocean. The rooms were clean, the mattress very comfortable. And the rooms spacious. Breakfast is served on a box, it included a croissant, boiled egg, ham & cheese and yogurt with fruits. The room had a stove and refrigerator. The pool is heated. The stores and restaurants are very close. Everything within a walking distance. The AC is tricky works well but you need instructions for good operation.
