Typical, warm and comfy place

Being late didn't let me meet the owner till breakfast time but with some text messages i have been hold clearly the instructions for self check in. Rooms are very big, more apartments than rooms actually, with comfy bed and warm bathroom for morning shower. I would suggest only to introduce maybe a couple of more plugs bedside, so people like me that need many to charge everything will not have any trouble. Amazing breakfast even if we were just 3 people at the b&b. The owner if a pleasant person to have a talk with, very kind and open to provide info of the surrounding area helping in the daily visit. will definitely come back to this small piece of tuscany paradise.

Reviewed By 693bertlUnfortunately the breakfast buffet was not available while we stayed, so we got room-service breakfast instead, which was reasonable, but sitting on the bed's edge with a tray on the small table was not entirely an optimal relaxing start of the day. A big plus point of this place is its proximity to the main attractions of the city; just a short walk. The best is actually the staff. They are friendly and helpful.

Holiday home Casale Al Pino is a former farmhouse that has been carefully restored. It is located in the floor, 4 km below Riparbella. Because of our convenient location Casale Al Pino the ideal starting point for trips to Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca and Florence, as well as the Tuscan coast "Costa degli Etruschi" with sandy beaches and rocky shores. The nearest beach in Marina di Cecina, only 7 km away. Several shops within a radius of 7 km. Restaurant and spa at 200 m. There is a swimming pool (14 x 7) with deck chairs and umbrellas, as well as 3 outdoor grill available. Private parking. All 5 Apartments and Rooms are elegantly decorated in Tuscan style, modern and comfortable. The atmosphere is enhanced by terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The apartments have heating, air conditioning and satellite TV. Each modern kitchen with microwave and hob ceramic. The apartments are on the ground floor of the gazebo reserved.

Reviewed By AlmightyBlueI needed a place to stay last minute for a family of four and luckily they accepted my booking. The residence is located in an idyllic corner of Italy, truly stunning landscapes surrounded the property. It is in a fairly remote location so you will need your own transportation, you can reach the nearest town in about 10 minutes by car. The rooms are spacious with seating outside, perfect to enjoy a glass of beer in the evening. The pool was a wonderful way to relax in the warm evening after a busy day. Best of all was the wonderful hosts who were so informative and friendly. The accommodation comes with my highest recommendation.

Al nostro arrivo, la richiesta di anticipare la colazione di mezz’ora (dalle 8 alle 7.30) e’ stata categoricamente rifiutata nonostante la presenza del proprietario nella struttura già dalle 7.00. Non avendo consumato la colazione e non essendoci stato riconosciuto alcuno sconto il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è stato adeguato. E’ stato inoltre richiesto il pagamento esclusivamente in contanti. Nota positiva l’accoglienza e la disponibilità del cognato del proprietario al nostro arrivo.

Terrible food in restaurant and terrible service
Reviewed By Tatjana1202Turn attention: * no wifi in the room, * additional charge for conditioner 15eur per day, * poor breackfast (stale bread, cake, juce, coffee, bacon) extra pay for the eggs. * you cannot use the pool without cups, which price is 5eur, * old kitchen furniture and old equipment, imposaible for cooking, * terrible old shower with lightly warm water, * the lighting is not enougth in the rooms, * not polite owner, who started to send us personal non pleasant messeges as soon as we posted trully discribed opinion about their restaurant food.

Reviewed By PaulyMaiikThis place is amazing! We had pretty big triple room in the Villa, big and clean with bathroom. Breakfast was very sweet and good coffe. Amazing swimming pool with stunning view over Tuscan hills,and the second one warm (about 38 degrees) which was amazing and really relaxing. Beautiful garden with sculptures of Ronaldo Stefanacci who still lives and work there. Recommend!

Great hospitality and beautiful room
Reviewed By Ieal EOur stay at B&B Ocagiuliva was very positive. The place is in a remote location beside a busy road. However, the noises are just until dinner time so we could sleep without troubles. You'll need a vehicle to go to have dinner, cause there is no place reachable on foot. I would recommend going to restaurant "La Pieve Vecchia". This wonderful restaurant is just 5 minutes away from the B&B by car. Highlights of this place are: a great continental breakfast, very good-looking rooms with a lot of attention to details and a great hospitality of the host family! Definitely a B&B I would recommend to everyone although the quite high price.

I have sent 3 emails and tried to make telephone contact on several occassions over the last 5weeks but I have had absolutely no response. I'm hoping someone at the hotel might actually read this review and make contact with me
